Small room. Restaurant nerby has average food. But there is no other restaurant so you should go somewhere else. Since I have stayed one night is Ok.

The large parking lot serves multiple hotel properties, and it would be much more convenient if there were signs indicating each hotel, restaurant, and bar. This would help guests park closer to their destination and avoid dragging luggage through snow and ice. The entrance from the parking lot to the hotel was blocked by snow, which was inconvenient. The dining area is too small and gets very busy in the morning, making breakfast a bit chaotic. Breakfast hours and the latest check-out time are too early, which can be inconvenient for guests who prefer a more relaxed schedule. The beds were too stiff and hard, which affected our comfort. The hotel's name is inconsistent, sometimes appearing as 'Leonard' and other times as 'Leonhard', making it difficult to find the correct property on GPS.

The hotel's location in the mountains is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room had a lovely balcony, which was a great spot to enjoy the scenery. We received a free tourist pass, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The roads were well-maintained and clear of snow, making travel easy. The property is conveniently located outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), which was a relief.

A bit far from tourist sites like Karersee or Bolzano.

The room is very spacious and has many windows. There are many choices for breakfast, and it's a very quiet place at night.

location on booking states 12km from Bolzano however it is closer to 40km away! distance is incorrect. also the heat was brutal with no way to turn off the heating in the toilet or room

The mattresses are super hard. It was not comfortable to sleep. Restaurant for dinner with little choice and not very tasty. Breakfasts are also too poor. But in general, regardless of this, the location and the friendliness of the people make up for these shortcomings.

The location of the hotel is ideal, hiking, bicycle rental. The hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant. Good value for money.

Being high up and out the way meant that there was not much choice for dinner. There is restraunt opposite but as it has a monopoly the menu was limited and rather pricey.

Beautiful location and views in the mountains. The hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good.

The bathroom has a thin glass sliding door with large gaps therefore there is not total privacy when using the bathroom. Be careful who you share room with as bathroom offers little privacy. Room was on the smaller side.
