How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Wasn’t enough humidity in the room I feel very difficult to sleep for that.
Breakfast and free parking the parking it’s a big plus, because you don’t find parking places even on the others property I was found parking for around 15-25 euro each day that’s 🤷♂️🤯…

It is about 30 Minutes walk from the city centre. We recommend getting a lime to ride your way there if you don’t want to walk that much.
The hotel is very nice. It has parking on site which is very convenient. It has spa facilities, which is a plus. Rooms are spacious and breakfast very good.

No kettle in room , we’re English we like a cup of tea
Not central but a nice easy walk into town. Breakfast was good , staff were friendly and room was clean

The restaurant was close the day we arrived. It was a bank holiday, but felt the hotel could of pre warned us and no other options open near by!! we had to have McDonald's. The evening reception/bar staff were not very friendly. After waiting at the bar to be served we then had to go to reception to ask if we could get a drink. This was only about 8pm. The man did serve us but it seemed such an effort!!
Very Nice hotel with Spa facilities. Great location only 10 minute walk to the Arena. Very good breakfast Nice big bedroom with a double shower. very friendly ladies on reception. Nice bar area.

The hotel is pet friendly but in the arrival you are welcomed with a paper with rules about the dog which is a little too much ! We travel a lot with our dog and it is the first time we see this! Maybe they had bad experiences in the past with dogs barking in the rooms !! Other than that everything was 👍
Easy check in and check out, the room was very big, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing!! There is both free and paid parking which is great! It is approximately 30 mins walk from the center but if you have a car it's very near!

There were no night blinds in the room, only the daily ones. You need to pay extra 10 EUR per night if you want to park inside the garage hotel parking. Takes some time to walk to the city center. Elevators are small so only 2 people can fit properly.
Great quality spacious room with comfy beds. Free parking space outside the hotel. Walking distance to the city center.

The beds where not really confortable. It seemed a really big bed but then, i realized that they where two little beds. The sound isolation was not existing a lot of noise during the night both from other rooms and the outside.
We arrive easily staff attended us correctly and we did the check in really easily. The breakfast service that was the only one we used was good.

The hotel was amazing!!! Definitely exceeded our expectations and we were gutted that we only had one night in Verona because we would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back to visit Verona in the future and there is no doubt that we will stay in Hotel Leopardi again. Great location too. We had a car rented as we were driving to the Dolomites after our stay and we were able to park our car for free at the hotel during our stay. Made it very easy and convenient to see all of Verona, even in one day.

I didn’t like the lift I think it needs an upgrade but all in all it was a good experience.
The room was pleasant and all the staffs are all nice.

Wellness is disproportionately expensive.
Very nice accommodation, the breakfast is very high quality. Although it is a suburb, the city center is also easily accessible. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

During our days there were working in progress inside the structure. They started to noise really early
