small bathroom.

Big room, but small bathroom. good location, close to metro station.the owner/cleaning lady( I dont know which one) couldn't talk English, but she was so nice for allowing us to store our luggage before checking in, but we do not have enough time to gk there first to store our luggage. But we appreciate her nice gesture.

It would be great to have a jug to boil water so you can make a cup of tea of coffee. Some places we have stayed at have a shared jug but still accessible otherwise perfect

It's not a dislike but rather challenging Communicating with the owner as she doesn't speake english and we didn't know Italian or any of her language. Nooisy outside the door. The other boarders were making sounds till very late night. Like closing the door loud andsdoing something in the kitchen or speakingijust outside the room door.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Ample lights ( Special tri sytem lights. One click blue, second is white) Location was good and very much accicable by bus and metro. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Clean and cute place close to the Metro. The lady was kind and even stored our luggage.

Noisy neighbours. Guests ringing the bell at 1:00am then talking with their friends in the room for an hour. Very disturbing.

Room and toilet are separated which is sometimes a bit inconvenient but other than that is just fine

The location was really good, we could walk to colosseum, we had a metro station 2 min away. The room was clean and the toilet got cleaned every day by the staff. The elevator was only a bit small for three people.

The person in the car is very friendly and offers ease and comfort to the feet.

Communication was awful, they didn't speak any english, italian or spanish and we spent 20 minutes trying to communicate through google translator

Communication was pretty bad.. The owners didn't even try to speak in English. The place was clean on top but not totally (moldy bathroom, sticky floor)..

The location was great we didn't even have to use public transport. The room had a nice balcony!

There are no one whith who you can speak in english. There are only one Chinese woman who even can't speak English. We hardly have conversation via translator. But it seem she is hard worker as Guest House was clean.

Location is very good. Clean. Nice kitchen. Balcony for smoking.

Bathroom could be cleaned better - found some soap bars leftovers at the shower. Also long hair and dust. Neighbours form the other rooms - I know that it is something unpredicted and not depends on the host but other people been loud / doors are not very good isolated. Twice I had to ask people to be quiet in the middle of the night.

Very nice host, available every time. Good location, ca 1km from Colosseo. Nice café and sandwiches on the street. Small balcony, light room. Lots of towels / hair dryer.

The host doesn't know to speak english, but we comunicated with google translate(it was a little bit hard). She let our bags untill noon after we done check out in the morning...we had room for 4 person, it was clean and all bads were good..

Unfortunately, the walls/doors are pretty thin and you can hear everything from the corridor and the kitchen. Our room was right next to the entrance door which was loud every time someone opened it. The balcony was shared with the kitchen which wasn’t really private. Also, the communication with the staff was difficult because they don't speak English very well and hardly replies on messages.

The room was cozy and the bathroom was nice. The bed was quite comfortable. The view from the balcony was pretty cool. If you're staying in Rome for a few nights, this is a great option. It’s not that far from the most major must-see attractions, and close to the train station where also the shuttle buses from the airport stop. :)

Owner was not present when we arrived, had to wait for her. There were hairs on the bed, and stains on the towels.

Good location, close to Roma Termini. Airco was nice.

The room had just been cleaned when we arrived, but there was a strong smell of chlorine and chemicals, and the floor was wet. Although it had been tidied, there was still hair around. Lying on the bed felt unhygienic. We couldn’t open the window because the balcony was completely taken over by hanging laundry. The toilet kept running, which was noisy. Despite the good location and proximity to many great places, I wouldn’t recommend it. In fact, it was overpriced and not worth it.
