The mattress was obviously a bit old, which is why it was hard. And since I am pregnant, it was very uncomfortable for me to sleep on such a mattress.

Location is super if you really want to be near Vatican. A lot of public transpo. Walking distance to shopping district, resto and others. Staff are very helpful and kind. You just need to ask if you need help. It is not really a hotel with 24/7 duty staff but sort of a place with a number of rooms - typical in Rome.

there seemed to be a lack of maintenance with an odd smell coming from the drains and pieces of furniture that were almost falling of the wall. The coffee in the room is very basic

8am in the morning on a Saturday there was construction going on in another room of the apartment building. Woke up to the sound of drilling, which wasn't so nice. Understand that construction is not a big problem as tourists don't stay in their hotel rooms all day but giving a headsup about this would have been nice, or starting a bit later on a weekend morning. Also, to be completely fair when advertising - it isn't a hotel but an apartment building, so there is no reception as such. Just good to know, as it was a bit pricey for not being a hotel with breakfast. The wifi signal was very bad, so maybe that could be improved.

The room was spacious and clean, the air co was working properly and access to the building was easy to understand. The location is superb and area has public transport access, as well as many restaurants and a supermarket across the street.

When I arrived there was no sign for the Hotel just big wooden doors that were locked. Once I found the buzzer for the hotel I push the button no answer. I found out later the doors are lock at 7pm. I was lucky that a woman who lives in the building arrived to enter the building and let me in. I ask were the hotel was and see pointed in the direction. There was no sign on what floor the hotels was on so I walk up the stairs, lucky for me it was on the 2nd floor. The Hotel door was lock, I had to call the hotel and wait for 15 minutes to have someone to come over to open the door and check me in. I was then informed there no staff for the hotel. They explain to me how to get in from the street and then into the hotel. I would suggest that once you book a room they give contact you and past on the requirements to get into the building and the hotel.

Had a rough start as we arrived and nobody was there for the house keys and we had to wait for a while I guess this could he solved differently by sending guest their access code

location perfect but i was thinking this is a hotel as it was written in the booking .com but it is not a hotel also not BB but inside one of the big building and you could not able to enter if you donot manage with the host before you might need to wait one of the person open the big gate . But it is realy clean and nice. Maybe the price might be lower as no berakfast at all.

The soundproofing wasn’t amazing you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. Particularly on my last night there were noises (shouting and banging) from about 11pm until 3am (another occupant maybe) and again at 6am (sounded like a delivery being made)

The staff directions for online check in and locating the place was good. The bed was comfy and the heater worked great (room was chilly). There were two extra blankets in the closet if needed. The location is great as it’s near city transit but also walking distance to many sites if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk (I enjoy walking).

There was a bit of a airlessness problem in the bathroom and the room in general. A slightly stronger ventilation could be used.

The hotel staff were very attentive until we checked in and checked out. The room was stylish and clean enough, with a very cute balcony. The location is very central.

Great location. It is close to everything but not too tourism and crowded. Walking distance to most of places and close to SIT bus shuttle station. Good enough facilities and I love the courtyard feeling at this location. Room is small but cozy. Stuffs are super helpful and response quickly about any question.
