We had a confusing number of keys to access the building and room. The TV doesn't have any streaming service. The worst part was the very hard bed but that is a personal choice. A mattress cover would certainly help. Despite the apartment being quite large there is no desk for laptop use. A single dishwasher tablet for a 5 night stay is a but of a nuisance. We had the power go out in our apartment one night and it wasn't the main fuses but the building manager responded quickly and sorted out the issue (something to do with the central heating???). The facilities listed an iron and ironing board but we had to ask reception to have one delivered to the room. Overall we would book this place again when next in Turin.

Great location and close to everything that a tourist would want in Turin. Check-in process was good but a bit rushed so things did get overlooked. Parking is vert good and secure (albeit a bit expensive). The room decor was fantastic in a late Art-Deco/1950s style but in perfect condition. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer and a good dishwasher. The room had two balconies either side and very good shutters to keep out any noise and light. The room has air conditioning and central heating. We also had a small washing machine which was an unexpected surprise.

There was a sign in the room saying they would charge you 25 euros if you did not wash all your dishes when you leave. This raised a concern that I was eating off dishes from previous guests that may not have been adequately sanitized.

Took 30 min to get the keys to our room as the lockbox code wasn't reset to the code we were given (must have been the previous guests code still) and it was very late, past check in hours so took a while to get an answer on the emergency phone. These things happen and it doesn't change the good experience w the accommodation. We would return.

The location is perfect. Especially if you are planning usian arriva bus to get from and to thr airport (3min walk). The Porta Nuova station 4 minutes, supermarkets, restaurants, center, historical sights all within a walking distance. Dont expect anything fancy, but everything is clean, bed very comfortable, they even changed the towels.

I am 5 foot 8 inches, and parts of this apartment are not very tall. if you are six feet or over, you probably will not be very comfortable here

Second time at this residence and still very good: quiet but right in the city centre (perfect for our Christmas shopping). Comfortable beds, a nice-sized bathroom, a sofabed and a fully equipped kitchen. A rare plus, the parking lots inside the building (to be reserved in advance, manoeuvring spaces may be limited for big cars). Reception is not always open but the opening times are indicated and there is a number for emergencies/urgencies, so no problems.

The double and the 2 single beds in the two bedroom apartment were comfortable though the sofa bed had a thin mattress only suitable for young, lightweight kids.

Good base from which to explore Turin. Easy walk to/from train station with luggage, and to the Egyptian Museum and main street. In immediate vicinity of apartment are a couple of supermarkets and pharmacies. Small washer in the apartment, and another bigger washer and separate dryer in laundry room in basement.

Loger Comfort apartments are located ultra-centrally, very close to museums, shops and many other tourist attractions. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness is impeccable. During our 4 day stay, our towels were changed daily and the bed linen was also changed.

What's there not to like?

The location was very convenient, close to the train station, and about 10-15 min walk from lots of attractions. The personnel were really helpful and charming. We arrived late in the evening, so the reception was already closed, but the self check in was super easy. The apartment was not only spacious and well-equipped, but also quite beautiful 😍 There are several places to eat nearby. We went to Antica Pizzeria da Michele, and it was literally one of the best decisions ever made! Overall, Loger Confort is a wonderful place to stay in Turin. I loved the wreathes with the lights around the window because they were actually quite practical, as they helped us recognise the place from afar and make sure we were going the right way, haha! Special greetings to the lady who entertained a conversation in Russian with me and to the lovely boy Freddy!

The tram passes by on the street in front and some rumbling was audible even in the back but not very disruptive; overall amazingly quiet for such a central place.

Excellent central location; secure parking; room was away from the street and thus very quiet. Very close to numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and plenty of shopping and sightseeing all very close. Reasonably well appointed kitchen; overall a pleasant place for a short to medium term stay. Great blackout curtains in the bedroom.
