Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesMaybe they can include the souvenirs in the cost of the room instead of charging extra to keep it (like the tote bag for example, since they give it to you to use on your stay there and then you can't take it home with you unless you pay 40 € even though its been soiled with your stuff for days).
This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly clean and well kept. The staff were extraordinary and had high attention to detail on every aspect (food, comfort, accommodation, communication, etc). The food was to die for -- so so so good with the breakfast being plentiful and delicious. The spa was beyond relaxing, and I felt so comfortable and as if I was in my own little paradise. I will be back as soon as I can!
