one night a dog barking kept us awake. the bedroom didn't get vacuumed every day, I spillt a packet of crisps so there were little crumbs everywhere. also, the hotel was a little away from the center, we got lost after our evening meal and had problems finding the hotel again.

everything was good quality, staff made an effort to get things just right. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The rooms are quite small, so better for a short stay or if you’ll be out and about for most of the time.

Very cute boutique hotel that’s great for a short stay. Not super central but can still walk most places. Loved all the little touches like sweets in the room.

The location Is not very central but still close , and the taxi driver took from us 10 euros because we ordered from the hotel.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is amazing and Santiago ,one of the hotel team , is an amazing guy and explain to us everything and was very helpful. The room was clean and classy with Italian touches,thank you for alll!

The bathroom shower had a leak on one side and was small.

The room was surprising spacious, nicely illuminated, and very clean and quiet. The bed (full size) was very comfortable. The staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations and also with managing my preparations for flying out the next day. They were very gracious. And they also welcome dogs!

Too expensive for what we actually got. The AC is not working properly, it was really hot during the night. The record players are also not working properly and the rooms are a little bit outdated.

Toilet was a bit small (shower) but overall ok. The shower closing element looked a bit worn. There is a laundry service but not an ironing service. (You have to plan it the day before, on the fly not possible)

This time my room was bigger than my first stay and very quiet, up on the 5th floor, but the lighting in the bedroom around the wardrobe was not sufficient and the bathroom lighting is not nearly good enough to apply make-up. These rooms have baths and wall mounted shower and I would prefer a regular, really good shower instead.

Location is great. Close enough to duomo for ease of finding great places to eat and drink, but far enough away to be more peaceful. The beds are incredible, especially the pillows.

Unfortunately the bath hub wasn't very clean. The corridor of the room was quite outdated.

The room was a good size. Very pleased to find a turn table with a couple of Jazz viniles. The staff welcomed me with a card and a cookie 🍪😀

The price, but honestly is very hard to get something more economic in Milan and I preferred to go a tier higher and have a good experience in the city.

It is a really cute hotel with a retro look and feel. The bath products smell really nice and the location is very good. The area feels safe. I like there's a record player in every room and every room has a different record to play.

There was an adjoining room and whilst the door was obviously secured, it was noisy from their side.. Room was cool/cold and I struggled to get the AC to warm it up.

A spacious room with a kettle, old-fashioned telephone, and a record player - what's not to like! Free bottled water (still and sparkling) provided in the room. Clean bathroom with gel/shampoo provided. Substantial breakfast choice available. Staff friendly and helpful with good recommendation for local restaurant (Via Pasteria). Easily accessible on foot to main attractions (10-20 minutes) and a nearby metro station.

My only tiny complaint was how thin the walls were. I could here every single little noise from the very unwell gentleman in the room next door which very much affected my sleep and over all enjoyment
