The only thing we didn't like, was the quality of the mattress. This needs replacement. Other than this everything was perfect.

Perfect accommodation in the city of Palermo. We really liked how spacious it was and of course the jacuzzi :-) super friendly stuff and even beverages in the fridge for free. The shower is incredible!!!

Breakfast could have been a little healthier and more imaginative, but adequate! Getting the key and inside was awkward as I didn't have Wi-Fi, and all messages/instructions were sent via WhatsApp!!!

Breakfast was quite basic and lacked imagination, and a bit sugar/carb heavy! Room was quite quirky, modern and different! Mirrors everywhere, including the ceiling!!! Clean, tidy. Location was good for ferry and city centre, facilities, old town, etc.

The apartment was very clean and check in and check out was very straightforward. The location of the apartment was perfect. Everything was within walking distance and we had a very nice time. Thank you very much and we can highly recommend it.

The breakfast was a little bit sad and the building itself is hard to find. Other than that I cannot fault this place!

The staff went above and beyond to clean the venue. The room was so comfortable, and there was a lovely in-room jacuzzi. There were large showers and plenty of spaces to spend time together. Overall it was fabulous.

The location of the hotel is amazing, as it is right in the centre. It's a bit hard to find it, though once inside, one immediately starts to feel both the comfort and luxury of the place. The room was exactly as described, even exceeding our expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It don’t have a kettle to make treats or coffee and there is space to have one. Even put a communal one so all the rooms can use and a microwave.

The spa bath, location was okay. Christian was lovely even though his English wasn’t the bed he tried really hard.

Noisy moisture extractor inside bedroom, that comes on and off on its own every minute. Light in the entry comes on itself as well, waking up your partner at night when you decide to go to the bathroom. There is no way to turn them both off as well.

Everything was perfect and our stay was unforgettable. Our host Laura was more than happy to help with everything. Special thanks to her for arranging that we have savory breakfast, which is very uncommon in Sicily. We would definitely come back and I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing facility.

Leaving a few more toiletries to last longer would be a bonus.

Firstly the location is so convenient for a lot of sights of the city. The unassuming street is hiding a real treasure in these hotel suites. The first walkthrough is amazing, such a great amount of living space. Numerous TV's and a picturesque bed to add which is comfier than most hotel beds. The staff are very attentive as they are very quick to respond to your messages and are always positive which is a huge credit. I couldn't not mention the hot tub which is the cherry on the cake and really caps off this Uber luxury experience. Also they keep the entire flat spotless and refill your complimentary drinks daily so what more could you need?

Poor wifi signal didn't work most 5he time and reception whilst roaming wasn't the best. But the property made up for it and it didn't bother me that much. Could hear the people in room next door. They had high volume with movie on and I was trying to sleep as I had to be at the airport at 4am. This had nothing to do with the property but the guest were little noisy walls bit thin.

Everything. It's wonderful. Don't let the exterior streets and buildings put you off. Most EU older city's look rough around the edges. I felt safe at all times! Location was perfect 6min walk to the hop on hop off bus. But to Mondello Beach there too. The shower and spa... next level amazing! Perfect after a long day out in the sun! TV connected to many movies etc... The house keeper guy was so friendly and welcoming saw him every day and he always asked if there was anything I needed. Super easy to locate and instructions were perfect. Prosecco was lovely along with all the other freebies provided. Was given water bottles everyday which was great to come back to when you have been out in the heat all day.
