Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Slovenialocation by a street with a lot of traffic, but did not bother us during the night/morning; major trouble was cracking wooden floor (when walking over it), it did not bother us as much as we were affraid to wake up other guests or hosts during the night, or early in the morning (as we had to be in Padova to see Giotto already at 8.30). We would enjoy some fresh bread, brioches or fruits for the breakfast - but as already mentioned, otherwise it was practical to have it all in the room already in advance.
location by Brenta river, in the vicinity of several splendid and famous villas; nicely maintained house and garden, safe parking in the shade, in the garden; breakfast was already in the room / fridge and we served ourselves whenever we liked in the morning - actually it was practical for us; the host suggested two restaurants - one of them, Al Cristo in Dolo, had quite low Google evaluations, however its location at Brenta was perfect, and our experience was very good - we recommend the hotel and also the restaurant :)

If you haven't visited Fiesso you MUST ! If you haven't visited Fiesso and haven't been to Medoacvs B&B then you don't know what you're missing !!! I can't say which is more beautiful and I was more delighted with the city or Medoacvs B&B. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced anything like this. We were accommodated in a beautiful apartment whose area is fascinating. Someone could make three studios out of this. The whole house, the yard, the interior, the furniture... a completely different story than anything I've seen so far. And the host!?!? Such owners are found every time. It can be seen that he is dedicated to the work he does and that Medoacvs B&B is what makes him satisfied. Everything was WOW!!! The house, the yard, the interior, and the breakfast... That's a separate story. He opened the fridge full of everything and said all this and all this and all this is for you. All this and this and this was better than in any hotel. I will just mention that we had three types of espresso coffee. I won't mention the rest. Imagine for yourself. So, our stay on La Riviera del Brenta was like itself La Riviera del Brenta, PERFETO!!! Grazie per tutto !!!
