How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lady at Front desk could have been acting positive than negative. The other staff had to correct her mistake. I could have terminate our booking.
Hotel was as expected. Had safe parking and close to shopping and food. And was in easy location to city ring.

Room at last floor, very noisy AC heating, impossible to stop it, no solution from the desktop employee, explained that the design of heating/cooling system is made like this?!

If youre in Rome for sightseeing (I wasnt) the hotel is a bit far off. The coffee in the breakfast room was meh.
Clean hotel/room, very funvtional layout and professional staff. No thrills but very comfortable.

Location isn’t central - but we knew this when booking. A daily shuttle service to Rome CBD would be great. You pay less and get a nicer hotel because it’s further out but it’s really nice to come back to
Bright, modern, clean, spacious rooms with pleasant outlook. Great balconies - means you can open the door and get fresh air which isn’t common in hotels these days. The pool looks like a great way to cool off in summer (was winter when we visited)

The connection to the center city are no that good. Consider renting a tiny car to visit rome from the hotel and smart or cicuencenton are really nice options
The property is very nice, employees very kind it has no problem with parking and a decent restaurantan and pool

Location is a bit out of the Centre (although I was aware and I was fine with that so no complaints), limited number of plugs close to the bed and no USB. No room service available after bar closure. AC control limited.
Clean and had the basics. I choose it mainly for the parking facilities and the price

the location is little pet far from downtown however, it is somehow near to the Airport. No coffee machine and hard to get hot water.
Rooms are clean, and the staff are wonderful and friendly.

The location was awkward - struggled to get taxis
The food in the restaurant was very good, the swimming pool was a lifesaver in the heat, and we enjoyed the staff!

The ramps and doors from floor 1 to floor 2 were not very suitable for a wheelchair user. There were no hand grips in the shower and on 1 hand grip around the toilet. Shower was not roll-in. No furniture on Balcony and no easy access for the wheelchair .

We ordered something from the bar and there was a group of 15, 20 people drinking and being extra loud. We were waiting for our food far from that table because we couldn't hear each other. The waitress came over to tell us we shouldn't be sitting at the restaurant table (there's no division or signs, it's just a big open space with the same furniture everywhere). We left and sat on a couch closer to the bar only to be told we couldn't sit there either to eat. She went to speak to someone at the restaurant and the girl rolled her eyes and without acknowledging us, she left and we had our meal peacefully far from the bar. If you want to stay here keep in mind they have many conference rooms and lots of corporate groups at all times, so won't be a relaxing place on common areas. Breakfast we had the same, lots of people gathered around the bar trying to order and being loud.
The facilities were nice and clean, bedroom was comfortable and spacious.

Later check out time
Lovely hotel, lots of car parking nice quiet swimming pool area. Breakfast is poor continental with cold frankfurter sausages and dry scrambled egg
