Guido's place was a really good choice, we loved it! Very clean, we had available everything what we needed (including tea, coffee, slippers, toothbrushes etc) and it was located in a quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely come back.

Loved everything

The room was super nice and had everything needed, toiletries, maps, confortable bed, the host service and the confort provided are equal to any 4/5 start hotel but at an accesible price and access to using the house appliances. Its located in a residential area a few minutes away from the city center so it requires to walk a little more to get to touristic places. But In my case I loved this because I got to see the city from a more local perspective and it was very quiet in comparison with city hotels. Perfect rest.

Everthing was good. The only down side we had was the mosquitoes they had a fieldday on me and ended up with 3 infected bites. This has no bearing on our accomadation it seems to be a problem in Pisa so come prepared.

Accomadation was perfect for our 2 night stay in Pisa. Great location as everything was only a short walk away in a lovely quite and safe area. Guido was an excellent host and any questions we had were answered prompetly. Would recommened this place for any vistit to Pisa.

I really enjoyed almost everything about this hotel, can't think of anything I didn't like.

I am more than satisfied with this hotel! The location is close to the city center yet nestled in an idyllic residential neighborhood. The hotel impressed us with its artistic vibe and spaces thoughtfully designed for the comfort of guests. We stayed in the "Africa" room, which had beautiful Afro-style accents. The room was spotless, functional, and made us feel very special and welcomed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. When I needed an iron, it was promptly provided. The apartment also features a cozy shared kitchen and a lovely bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The entire hotel had a homely feel, and we immediately felt settled in from the moment we arrived. We stayed for 7 days, and the whole time we referred to the hotel as "home." The host was always available by phone and promptly assisted with any request. Even before our stay, I received a detailed email about the place, and during our stay, the host checked in to see if we needed anything else. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the city center, with easy access to anywhere on foot. The train station is a 30-minute walk, and the airport is about 40 minutes away on foot. A special thank you to the hotel host for the great support, warmth, and for creating a space where we felt safe and at home, even if it was just for a short time.

I liked everything. Guido provided perfect assistance and helped throughout the journey. Apartments/room was spacious. Ideal quality for the price paid. Just one thing for future: look whether the room has its own bathroom and choose one with private bathroom in case you need one. That is because I saw a lot of negative reviews regarding this fact, which is a result of not paying attention to description. Wish all good in future!

The Internet didn't work. They said it was a temporary problem. Unfortunately also the signal wasn't that good and we had to work..

Spatious rooms, clean. They offered us a different room than the one that we booked. But it was a plus. A 3 bedroom apartment. At first we were skeptical, but everything was perfect.

Very attentive and hospitable host! They help with all the questions you have and try to manage the things in the best possible way! The room is clean, has own wc and shower. The kitchen is shared with the other 2 rooms. Nice location near the center of the city. Good place and kind people!

The shared bathroom but we did know it was shared before we booked. It was clean.

Communication with the owner was excellent and he was really helpful and attentive. We loved the location it was quiet and peaceful and we loved the local patisserie for our morning coffee and pastries, as well as the lovely walks into the centre and the leaning tower.

The host was excellent and very comunicative and never hesistant to assist in every way possible. We really appreciated that he offer solution for our specific situation. Place was really nice and aestethicly pleasant to eye, in a calm surrondings of Pisa wider center. Host is speaking very well in English, which made comunication easier. Check in was automatic. Place was cleaned by a cleaning lady every day. We enjoyed our stay profoundly. Strongly recommend.

I have been to many cities around the world and I have tried many hotels, and guesthouses, and I can say that this place is by far the best. I strongly recommend it. The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.

We had a great time during our vacation in Pisa. The host helped us with a guide before arrival, and the city centre is very close (10 min walk) so we managed to see all the important attractions. The room was very clean, spacious enough for 2 person (we had the room with private bathroom). I was impressed by the attention to details: slippers, toothbrush, even mosquito spray offered by the host. I totally recommend this place for a travel to Pisa.
