Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is a nice location, close to several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. You can walk to city center easily or take the metro which was close by. The room was small but not tiny and had adequate space for suitcase. I much appreciated the filtered water that was filled up every day, so I didn't have to buy bottle water. The breakfast was lovely with good variety of choices. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

CanadaJust be mindful that as in many European cities, the rooms are on the smaller size. They could also use also a bit more lighting. But neither of these things were a big deal for us.
It's a nice small boutique hotel that located next to a neighborhood with many stores. It's also a walking distance from the Duomo, the Rinascente department store and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. There are also many nice restaurants in nearby Brera. The hotel has a nice rooftop that's open until the end of the November. The staff there is great and very attentive. If you don't have big, heavy luggage, the best is to take the train to Cadorna and then walk.

IsraelI had a wonderful stay at Milano Scala Hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the opera house and the Poldi Pezzoli Museum. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast, accompanied by live harp music, which created a truly enchanting atmosphere. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

SerbiaThe bed is not comfortable at all, but the worse thing is the sound coming from the bathroom every time somebody flushes water or takes a shower, it is super loud! Probably not from the entire hotel, but I assume from the entire vertical line of rooms.
The location is really good. Close to everything you would want to see in Milan on a short trip.
