Everything was perfect and as marketed/expected. Nothing fancy, but everything was very clean and towels and room were cleaned daily. In a 20ish mins walking distance from the center.

This place is nerby to train station and supermarket, for me those are important, also has cafe and restaurants. Otherwise, checkin and checkout are automatized.

The staff member was extremely rude and had no regard for customer care. He shouted over the phone over a small misunderstanding and had a complete lack of respect. The window was boarded up so there was no natural light and I had no control over the air conditioning unit despite air conditioning being advertised.

The property was as expected. Clean and comfortable.

I booked the  double room with private bathroom. Room size is very small for more than 1 person. The bathroom had no door so it was really uncomfortable. Another absolutely disgusting nightmare was from the drainage system in the shower as the water would be clotted and it made it impossible to take a shower. The guest house works on self entry system from the main gate to the room door. So if you don't have an Internet connection then you are in trouble to enter the premises as there is no receptionist or anyone to open the door for you unless you contact the owner himself. Also, to make matters worse, the room was located on the 2nd floor and there was no lift access which made it altogether a very bad experience as I had to literally carry 50 kilos of baggage using the staircase.

Reasonable price. Quiet environment.

Poor customer service or non existing at all, lots of wrong information at the site when you booked it says place is located on the second floor but it was actually on the 4th or 5th floor so not good if u have big or heavy luggage, there was aircon but can't use because it's not summer yet(we stayed may 17-22) it was fairly hot and they have temperature limit in Italy even when the room was so hot and stuffy and when u request for a fan because it says on the site they will provide but no reply even if u begged for it. U can't open the window because they don't know what fly screen is all the mosquito's bugs and all other insects will come in.

Location was close to public transport and lots of restaurants and cafes around. Room was clean everyday, online check was complicated but okey.

Too far to w All with bag by public transport and 2 flight of stairs to climb. Just water and black tea availability outside floor cracking people are so close due to tiny rooms everyone can hear everyone. You are not feeling it is vacation but more of prison life. Hostels are better than this tiny coup. No recommended it is far from station 700 yard.

Its super noisy and really small. I stayed 3 days, but on my last day, my boyfriend came late at night to drive me out the next day. In the morning at 10 a lady started banging on the door and said we had to pay an extra 14.5 euros. We asked her how to pay, but she said wait for the owner and would not let us go out, even though we were in a hurry. When the owner came, my boyfriend was out to get the car and the owner started yelling at me off the top of his lungs and trying to force me to pay an extra 145 euros. When my boyfriend came back, he started yelling at him too and saying he was calling the police. We just left, but this guy has serious anger issues and has no business being a host. I frankly dont recommend this place unless you are absolutely stuck

It's on second floor without elevator with no one to help also i have been early expected it as normal hotel with reception but i found it's normal apartment with no reception and the host is very bad attitude and angry because i came before the time and even didn't help to let my bags inside till check in time and ask me to take them again back down without help without elevator... The location it is far to anywhere far to metro 15 mins walk no restaurants near no cafe need to walk to find anything

in the end, we were late for departure, literally half an hour, I was ready to pay for the inconvenience (the administrator said 10 euros for half an hour, you have to pay extra) the girl who was cleaning knocked on the door, which I then left open, because they didn't manage to get together in time. the room did not correspond to the photo, we wanted two separate beds, it turned out to be one large bed. and just a terrible mattress and pillows, there were huge stains of everything (spilled drinks, blood, sweat)

I liked only the location and the administrator who provided information

The towels was not so clean there is bad smell from them they look old ..very very small rooms and bathroom not like the photos ...no cafe to take ..the kittle is not clean from inside ..bad experience for me ..
