The smell, dirty, loud, the guests here, and also the heating at night was always on and we couldn’t turn it off, so in the morning your nose and throat are very sore.

The only good thing - is the stuff, very friendly

As female travelers with my youngest sister, we did not feel very comfortable here. The place clearly accommodates long-term tenants and the location overall does not feel safe (we would avoid returning there past 6pm). If you're looking for a young, enjoyable experience in a hostel, this is not it.

window was very high and there was no nice view but we didn't spend much time in the room. quite loud in the evenings, not vey thick walls. it was free parking nearby but did not belong to the hostel. luckily we found a space but it could be more difficult during summer time

Easy access to city centre by metro. 5 min walk to station. The room and the bathroom were ok. beds were comfy. the guy in reception was helpful, we didn't have adapters and he found it for us for our stay, explained well how to get to the city centre.

The windows in the room are not soundproof, but they overlooked the hostel's garden where a group of Italians were having an alcohol-fueled party. They finished the party around 2 a.m. By then they were being very noisy and everything could be heard very clearly in the room. By then it was impossible to fall asleep normally. Toilets and showers are clean. In a large room with a TV, vending machines for food and drinks, and table football, there were some empty bottles and crushed cigarettes lying around on the tables nearby.

Safe, close to the metro station. The hostel is located next to a tree-lined roundabout with old trams running around. There's a pizzeria on the side and Lidl not far away. Lots of different shops nearby

small but comfortable room. clean bed sheets. nice clean bathroom inside the room. we stayed at quite cold time and there were no problems with heating the room.

The room is tiny with two bunk beds. If you want to use a towel, you have to pay 1 euro extra. There are no any facilities to spend time in the room, as well as space: come in the evening, showered, went to bed, and in the morning left for the day.

Staff at reception are available 24 hours a day, it's convenient. The bed is comfy. Hostel not too far from the metro station. If you just need a place to sleep, this is an acceptable and inexpensive option.

The room with 4 beds is very small, I reckon in prison it may be more comfortable, the pipe of the shower doesn't stand by itself. One day coming back in the room the bathroom wasn't available because someone was working inside. No breakfast included, there are two automatic machines but most of the time out of service. Disappointing.

The only strength of this hostel is the location because near public transport: Lambrate metro and FS train station, buses and trams as well. Cheap Trattorie and pizzerie close where you can eat, that's it.

1. The neighbourhood didn't feel safe & the streets were smelling 2. The toilets were not clean and no separation for women & men toilets 3. The heating machine was malfunctioning 4. There was a constant noise during the night and day from the neighbouring rooms/common areas.

Staff unhelpful Needed something from the manager. But he is always unavailable and can only be contacted through email. He is not even based in Milan

It was very very very bad, we have to live after one night, afetr pay for three, because it was scary, full of old mens, a lot of sounds in the night, discusting everything, at the we didnt see anyone at the night a lot of sound, we hate it, very dark without lights And people recused to give us the book to right the bad things

There is no kitchen or possibility to order breakfast. There is some kind of share space, but it’s look dead. Also bathrooms are on corridors, what was quite inconvenient and unexpected, because they are really cold.

They couldn't assist me in any way I book because I wanted a place to sleep because I was working from 5pm to 3am ... I just needed a nap for few hours and the staffs couldn't assist me ..

First, I read before that they don't answer the phone and so they did it the same with me, 7 calls, never an answer. I texted on the Booking app and they said they were busy. When I arrived there were 2 doing nothing and the phone ringer and nobody answer. It was a guy just in his boxers in the corridor, in the room people drinking alcohol, speaking on phone at 00:30 and watching series without headphones. The blankets very dirty

The only good thing, you have a free parking in the front (not their parking, public parking)

Garden area was nice enough but was a bit run down

The place itself could do with some improvement but all of the staff were amazing, the girl on night shift that night gave me recommendations for nightlife and helped me book a ticket for a techno rave which was great! The location was great, didn't need to use transport once, just walked everywhere. Would recommend
