The property is situated just a side of Monte Monaco which is absolutely amazing to see! The room was spotless ! I can’t not mention Assunta the host which she took care of us during our stay 10/10 🙂

We had a very friendly welcome by onme of the owners that showed us around. Parking spaces are available right in front of the B&B. The area, although near to the "center" is very quiet, you literally don´t hear anything at night. They appreciated our wish for a hearty breakfast instead of the typical sweet. The whole city of San Vito lo Capo is within walking distance.

The hosts were the most Kindest, incredible & caring people, who have a true passion for their B&B. This showed through the level & care of details they put into everything, the B&B's beyond spotless & presistene thoughout. The love they have for their B&B is indescribable. Although it is close to town, it’s still a long walk which is not recommendable during the hot summer days. I still would stay here over the hotels in town. It’s a much better value.

Very well kept, family run B&B, with comfortable rooms, brand new and freshly painted bathrooms and bedrooms. You have everything you need for a short stay in town.

Two keys will be great .

Where to start. The hosts are incredibly nice and hospitable. You can clearly see when someone does something with love. The rooms are comfortable, well air-conditioned with mosquito nets on the windows. The parking lot is big enough. The breakfast is great. The owners were there for all of our needs. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We used recommendations for restaurants and a beach bar.

the rooms are nice size, bed is comfy everything is provided for a nice comfortable stay including AC the breakfast is amazing / home made cakes, typical Sicilian bread, and the “ cornetti” croissants still warm from the bakery! coffe cappuccino and juices The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs and questions the location is 10 minutes from the main town but we loved the quiet area and the feel of “ home” stay! the views of the mountains and the sea is very pretty

B&B is managed by 2 lovely hosts which make you feel at home. Large room, very comfortable bed and toilet. The entire place is extremely clean with a beautiful smell you can feel throughout the day. B&B is located 800m from the center of San Vito. B&B rent the bikes in case you want to easily get there and avoid the annoying search for parking during busy times.

Would be great bigger rooms, if more then 2 persons, but was OK.

Great family place, very nice owners. Beautiful rooms, furniture. Very clean. Not so far from the sea, beautiful view on mountain. Great breakfast.

Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Owner and family were so welcoming and helpful. Substantial breakfast included delicious homemade cakes and they even sent us on our way each day with fresh figs and cake. They cheerfully accommodated our daughter's vegan needs. Modern facilities included bathroom with lovely daylight and excellent shower, room had a patio to dry clothes and beach towels. Room had comfortable beds. Owner spoke perfect English. Location was just 10 min walk to beach, quiet and peaceful, away from crowds and noise. Owner made excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches, along with very helpful information for sightseeing. Owner went above and beyond to help me with making local phone calls on my behalf and speaking Italian for me, even after we had checked out she continued to help me!
