Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe breakfast was not so exciting with no hot food to eat. The worst thing was that it was not as clean as expected. Nothing very dirty but the towels were not as clean as they should.
It is properly located near the train station and has two supermarkets nearby. It is probably more of a 7.5 than a 7.0, but I cannot choose half points.

Lebanon10 mins walk from the train station. 7 mins walk to the bus stop that takes you to the city center. there is no elevator but the staff helped us out with the luggage to the first floor. very friendly staff. breakfast is good and includes a variety.

Really close to the city center, at about 10 minutes walking from Porta Nuova Rail Station. The room was perfect, the bed comfy and the pressure of the shower great. Breakfast was good and the staff very kind and attentive.

I chose the hotel for its central location, 10 minutes' walk from the main railway station. My single room was a good size, with good-sized bathroom & a small balcony; it also had a safe and tea-making facilities. It was well-heated (I stayed in January) and the hot water was reliable. I expected some traffic noise, but it was quiet enough not to disturb me.

ItalyUnfortunately, due to my allergies, the room was a bit dusty, which made it a little uncomfortable, nothing against the hotel, though since I didn't make any special requests. The room was not noise proofed, so I could hear everything going on in other rooms.
The location was really convenient. The room was acceptably comfortable and sufficient for my needs. The front desk staff were pleasantly friendly and always ready to help.
