We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyI knew it was a shared bathroom, but to get there you have to walk past the front door reception area and along a corridor. Not ideal. I think it was pretty clean, but somewhat smelly with strong smell of cleaning products!
Equidistant between train station and airport, but on a quiet, pleasant street. The price was pretty good (for me it was cheaper to stay here and get an early departure than to get the more expensive flight later in the day. I walked from station the night before and to the airport the next morning.

SpainNo breakfast at all. The heating in the room was hot before going to bed, and when I got up in the morning, I found that it was already cold. The heating was centralized control, and individuals could not control it. The most terrible thing is that the bathroom is public and there is no heating in it. The experience was the worst of several cities I visited in Italy

Location, near the airport and train station within 10mins walk. The owner left us coffee and drinking water in the room.

NetherlandsYou could hear everything, the bed made a lot of noise, people that had to leave earlier than us; we could hear them very clear. We felt bad for arriving as late as we did because we unfortunately made a bit of noise with packing our bags and such. These noises are outside of My Way power but I wouldn’t recommend for longer stay because of that. This wasn’t a dealbreaker for me tho, if I have to stay in Pisa again for the night def going to this place again!
we stayed for a really short time, just literally the night because we had to take an early flight. The location is perfect for that because we used those rentals bike that you can leave to almost everywhere; within 10 min we were there and had enough time to spare at the airport. Property was very clean, we had to checkin quite late but it wasnt a problem with a super clear explanation we could find our way within the premises. Very friendly staff and the room was perfect for the night. Bathroom was big, had to share ofcourse which wasn’t a problem for short stay! Also upon arrival we had some recommendation flyers, there was a pizza place around the corner which I think is really good just judging by the line outside. Ohhh and almsot forgot; if you have the same as us for just staying the night and need to leave super early: don’t forget to bring cash for the toerist tax :)

United KingdomThere were only communal toilets and washrooms which were not ideal for a family of 3 having to share with other guests. This was in the information on the website provided but I took it for granted that there would be on suite facilities mistakenly. The place I felt needed a revamp, I noted the flags outside must have seen better days. My opinion it was more a hostel than hotel! I am sure other people less fussy than ourselves may find it okay.
The owner was very nice. He understood why I could not stay.

United KingdomThe mattress was very poor quality with no padding under the sheet. It felt like you were sleeping on a layer of cardboard. The sheets and towels were beautifully clean but the covers were very thin and not warm enough. My room was at the front right above a well used road and the thin glass panes in the windows rattled every time a car drove past. They should be replaced with double glazing for both heat and noise insulation. I didn't get much sleep due to the uncomfortable bed, noise and light from the road.
Scrupulously clean and very respectful and attentive host. Very good service. Pleasant and well maintained bathrooms. Could not be improved on.

CanadaThe street noise was excessive, and a neighbour's dog barked most of the evening. There are not a lot of dining establishments nearby. Although Michael keeps them spotless, im not a fan of shared bathrooms.
Michael is a wonderful host and works hard to keep My Way clean and comfortable. One of the few beds I actually found comfortable while in Italy. The location is great for the airport and is about a 20 minute walk to the train station and downtown.

CanadaWe didn't like the street noise associated with our stay. The windows aren't very thick and the noise from cars/planes/neighbours dogs was very loud. I use earplugs and could still hear it all. There is also a lot of noise from other guests going in and out of their rooms and the shared washrooms. My Way is a good 20min walk from the center of Pisa, so if you are without a car as we were, it's a bit of a walk to restaurants, shopping etc. We didn't mind that too much, but if you don't like to walk, it may be an issue.
Our host, Michael who runs My Way is extremely kind and very helpful. Our room was well sized and though it didn't have a refrigerator, Michael graciously allowed me to store my medication in his for the duration of our stay. We liked the comfort of our bed and pillows which is saying something for Italy (beds tend to be very hard and the pillows not fluffy). Well not a fan of shared washrooms, Michael ensured that they were spotless and well tended to between room users. The location was very close to the airport which made it easy to access for early/late flights, but Pisa is not a large city anyway, so it really doesn't matter where you stay. We appreciated the dinner suggestions given and though we didn't use them, there were a few small shops for bits and bobs nearby.

It was very welcoming, clean and the host was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom was well equipped and air conditioning was great. Michael was very helpful in advising us on great restaurants. Thank you for an excellent stay.
