The shower rooms somehow had semi-transparent door and no dry area, meaning people can see the showering person (only if they intentionaly try to. The showers are in the back of the bathroom), and one has to put his clothes and towels outside the shower area.

Very convenient location. Five minute walk to the busy Via Toledo with lots of restaurant. 7 minutes to two train stations and one furnicular station. The big locker under the bed was quite convenient, which can be open with a bracelet. Free breakfast was also very nice.

The staff were so friendly, we had a full conversation during breakfast and everything was super nice. And plus point for orange juice from their orange garden , 10 out of 10!

Hostel located at central downtown of Napoli, still, pretty quiet at night. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard（Beware of the cute cats). The staffs at reception are local Neapolitan brothers. They were very welcoming and recommended a great seafood restaurant to me. Breakfast was also decent. They also kept my backpack after me checked out. If i come back to Napoli, surly gonna stay there again.

Loved this hostel it has so much space to offer for different vibes. Loved the outdoor area outback and the room was very nice and comfortable. Respectful room mates and staff were very helpful. Central location to everything you need and transport links to popular destinations. Would stay again!

Wifi did not work in my room. The bathroom was superficially clean but could do with some maintenance (the drain was blocked) and a deep clean.

This hostel has very comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. It has lots of space to hang out both inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A lovely social vibe too even if I wasn't around most of the time. They have a nice system of wristbands that open all doors and the locker in the room - it felt safe.

The kitchen was locked until 8am which meant if you were leaving early or getting up to head out early in the day you couldn’t store things in the fridge

All :) But I can say as a main thing that staffs were really nice, friendly and helpful! Facility is at the heart of city, very close all the the most common places to be seen. And, it has really nice and big common area, clean and fully equipped common kitchen. Rooms are practical and comfortable, and warm enough. There is not so much option in breakfast, but if you dont expect a buffet at all, it is more then enough. You can have eggs, cereal, some fruits, and something sweet, so all was ok for me, I enjoyed :) I really recommend this place.

Going home

My stay at Naphostel was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfy (especially the pillow). The breakfast was spot on, the drinks at the bar were tasty! Everything was perfectly clean. Easily the best hostel that I have ever stayed at! I also got to know the staff very well. Big thanks to Frankie, Giovanni, Lacksman, Lello, Paula, Teresa, Erry, Kiara and Leandro (in no specific order.) There was also a curly haired blonde girl, I can't remember her name (Gretina maybe?) Who prepared a strange but wonderful combination of eggs with carrot! You can also rent a scooter from Gilberto. I found him to be very reliable and always on time when it came to our meetings. Also here they keep lots of animals, be sure to say hello to their cat. He is very friendly and loves a cuddle!

Unfortunately there were a lot of bed bugs in my room during the first night. I could not sleep well the whole night. After complaining, the sympathetic staff (Francesco) offered another room which was much better. Then I could finally rest!

The staff members Rafaelli, Francesco and Paola were very kind and helpful! The breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was very good. The location of the hostel is really good, you can walking to the main touristic attractions.

Maybe less breakfast options after some point, if you are not an early bird you may end up with some biscuits and coffee.

Great location, good breakfast, shower and basically all the place was clean. Staff is very helpful and kind. Nice kitchen and bar in the evening. Easy communication and instant replies from the staff. Also big up for Gilberto for renting scooters right at the hostel!

The neighbourhood can be a bit noisy (motorbikes and people in the street) and there was someone working with a drill at 10pm. The toilet is a bit small and I could not deal with the shower very well.

I really enjoyed the bedroom, Very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Even though it was a mixed bedroom, it felt quite private because of the layout of the bedroom. I loved the breaskfast and the garden view.

I found two bed bugs on the last day. I don't know if it's frequent or due to the ongoing infestation in Europe.

Excellent hostel with modern facilities, I loved how the rooms were structured, with no uncomfortable bunk beds. There's a garden with occasional social dinner and happy hour. The location is great, in the quartieri spagnoli. The staff was friendly.

Rm Fa-everyone kept getting locked in bathroom, door won’t slide properly and lock is partly broken. Needs fixing ASAP! Grouting in shower and edge of glass needs a good scrub with bleach.

Very nice frittata for breakfast. Ran short of food one day though. Bed comfortable, kitchen facilities good.
