Before we reached our room/reception the building was was disgusting. The smell was awful and probably because of all the rubbish that was left there (see images attached).

We had rather noisy neighbors that would leave their door open. Hopefully, our bedroom was on the other side, facing the street and the noise was much less noticeable. The room had double-pane windows The garbage bins are located at the entrance of the building, and when it is very hot, the smell is rather strong. However, this does not affect the rooms as they are located on the first floor. It is just unpleasant when you enter or leave the building.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from a lot of monuments. Our room was spacious, it was equipped with a kettle, and a minibar which was really handy for keeping a snack fresh and also preparing a quick coffee/ tea in the morning. The air conditioning was excellent, the bathroom was clean, and the decoration was tasteful. The room had an open closet and a safe. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was quiet. Also, our room had an extra space like a hall with a sofa, that also had air conditioning. Overall, the place is a great value for money and we would definitely stay again.

The street where the property is, was busy during the night as it had many bars and restaurants. It was also very noisy until the early hours of the morning. Once inside the building, trash bins were not emptied and the whole ground floor had a stench of rotting trash. We had to hold our breath until we were upstairs.

The location with respect to attractions was good as it was close to many. It was only a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona which was great. We had easy access to public transport (bus stands) for attractions that were farther away. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed. The check in was contactless and easy.

A little noisy cause people stay out past 12am. When we open the 1st door, the garbage smells bad. Tiny shower area. You can feel spring of the beds.

The matresses are very old and very uncomfortable. You should buy new ones.

The property is centrally located, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The hosts are professionals, not common private hosts and the set all the amenities a guest may need. As part of this industry, I can say that they are offering all what a guest may need. Thank you very much for allowing us to check in 1 hour earlier.

They didn't provide shampoo or conditioner the check in was really defeclalt there was a mini bar that did not work it was not so quiet t it you can hear noise from the other rooms

The most great location, near by Piazza Navona, Pantheon and fontain di Trevi. The apartmen is roomy and cleany. Accomodation has a lot of options for lunch and dinner around. You walk on foot to the main monuments like Saint Angelo, Vatican etc. Coloseum is far 20 minutes walk. We absolutely enjoyed our trip to Roma.

Everything was excellent

Location was perfect. Just a few minutes from all the main attractions and a quick bus ride from Roma termini (bus 64 or 40). Also just a 15 minute walk to St Peters square. In the hot July month the best part was arriving at the appartment with the AC to relax and cool down. Strongly recommend staying here. Also very clean and room service to make the bed. Again perfect!

The accommodation was super clean and quiet. It’s is soooo close to everything, there is a great bar down stairs called bar del fico. Everything I requested from the accommodation was delivered. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Highly recommend.

We LOVED our stay at Navona Charme Suite! The hotel is located in the hustle and bustle of the Navona neighbourhood. I mean this in the best way possible! We felt like locals, getting our morning caffé & dulce at the local place down the hotel, eating at some of the many osteria & trattorias around Piazza Navona. It was so easy to find places to eat and small supermarkets. The hotel is clean, quiet (although it’s so central), the AC worked well, the shower was great, the cleaning lady was there every morning and ready to clean the room and give new towels. We highly recommend Navona Charme Suite. For us, the location was just amazing. We walked to all the main attractions as we didn’t mind 20 to 40 mn walk each way (to Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi, Piazza di Spagna).
