How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This apartment was in an amazing location and we loved our time in Rome. Very spacious and with a kitchen and laundry facilities it was perfect.

There could have been a bit more kitchenware/cooking equipment like some larger mugs for tea or a salad bowl (there were none) and a few more teaspoons and pots.
Very central location, close to Piazza Navona and many famous sights. Although there are restaurants/bars in the streets, the apartment on the 2nd floor is rather quiet, not very noisy. Comfortable, big bed and sleeping couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was really clean.

The suite was a bit noisy. We could hear people talking in the stairs or at the court.
JIBI was very helpful and professional. The location was great and centric. 3 min walk to Piazza Navona

The chauffage is not work on the day we arrived, but anyway it was resolved the day after by the owner so everything is fine .
Clean and have all equipment as described also the owner is kind Especially there are many local pizza and bar to enjoy near the apartment Walk 10-14min from the bus station

The nightlife in Trastevere made it difficult to rest. In the living room area, the windows might not be double-glazed, as it remained noisy for sleeping in our case, where we used the sofa beds.
The location, the spaciousness, and the amenities and the great view from the terrace.

The apartment is a little bit old and furniture is shabby. Also nearby on the street there is a bar/ disco club and on Friday and Saturday night is very noisy and the music is very loud
The best of this apartment is its location. It is on the centre historic and everything is on walking distance. The apartment is spacious, rooms are big enough and have all needed facilities

The bathroom features were "unique"; some plumbing would benefit from an upgrade. My first impression of the entrance was a little daunting; however, I found it excellent once I entered the apartment.
The location was excellent. Very quiet given the traffic in the vicinity. Excellent for a short stay. Restaurants in the area were excellent and reasonably priced. There is an excellent cafe on the corner with exceptional service.

Great location central to everything, walking distance to all the sightseeing attractions and plenty of bars and restaurants too, nice open plan apartment with two double beds.Had a great weekend break, looking forward to returning sometime and exploring more

The property was very clean and comfortable. Our daughter joined us a day later and the staff was extremely accommodating in bringing extra linens & towels. The location is amazing and check in was very smooth.

Air Conditioner was very noisy and did not really cool the room. Host did his best to help, but I think it needs maintenance and a service. Bathroom very small. Would have liked mattress and pillow protectors for hygiene.
Great location, lovely attentive hosts. Spacious room, facilities to cook and do laundry.

Stairs… Shower was a bit hit and miss… Booked airport transfer did not turn up!
Great location, spacious apartment, very clean and tidy. Friendly staff who allowed us to drop our luggage off after an early morning arrival… loved there was a washing machine available and drying racks.

Had a bit of trouble checking in as there wasn’t a front desk. I think booking.com made it harder as it was glitching and not letting me msg but they really need to think about a new way of checking in anyway. I had to help another group with checking in who were waiting out the front of the property once I got back from a walk at night so it’s not just me that this is happened to.
The room itself and the area it’s in are both amazing, didn’t really have to catch transport to get to any major attractions. Very nice having a washing machine too.

Building work and drilling was happening on the building close by, which did wake us up earlier that desired but...we also know this won't be forever
Location and apartment is brilliant. Hosts were fabulous and really helpful Brilliant for families, safe and in easy reach of all sights. Also in a lovely lively areas.

Awesome staff
Great location. The second room doesn’t have AC, had a box fan . Wish there was a powerful pedestal fan. Had washer and all kitchen stuff. Good value for money. Like all other apartments in the city . Stairs are narrow and steep.

Terrific location on Via campo di marzio. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We had difficulty to operate the stove, and they came right away to fix it - very appreciated. The apartment was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Wifi had good speed and reliability Highly reccommended

Our unit had no natural light. The one tiny window really added nothing. I wish I had noticed it was practically a sub-level unit when booking. Not as soundproof as other places we stayed.
It’s nice and central. Staff was super helpful. It was comfy and had all we needed.
