It would be great if there would be a couple of wine glasses too in the kitchen:-) And a little troubles with hot water flow in shower which might suddenly stop when you're showering, in this case- just open the tap in nearby sink to hot waters side, and you have hot water again:-). Otherwise everything's perfect.

The place was super cozy and comfy, with this special home vibe, I really suggest this place :-). Also to my surprise it was very quiet and private due to the fact that it is an old building with thick walls, so no worries about the noise from tourist filled streets. Beautiful street view through window and unbelievably close to the bridge to San Angelo castle, and St Peters square, fantastic place to stay. Bus station, and grocery store also were near by. It was great that we had kitchen zone and could arrange our own breakfast. And, of course, our very kind host Edoardo was really helpful and suggested the best places to visit and was very welcoming. 10/10

Living space was a bit small for 4 people with 2 suitcases. No place for suitcases. I would replace the old wardrobe with some space for that

We stayed in quadruple room on the 1st flour. Is will start with bringing up the friendly and helpful hostess!! Apartment is in the greatest possible location. Immediate access to old city center and Vatican city. Apartment is in a very old building. The planners made their best to include modern life to antique architecture. Apartment includes washing machine (we didn’t used), and coffee machine. We didn’t cook, but facilities for cooking where there.

Very old building. The apartment is very small and old, needs refurbishment. In fact it is 1 room with bad, sofa and dining table. No place for anything else. Practically didn't have wardrobes. Considering "Value for money" I would say it was too expensive for what it offers.

The location is PERFECT for visiting the city center, Vatican and Navona surroundings. The owner contacted me via WhatsApp 2-3 days before our arrival to arrange how we can get the key. He was also very helpful in everything we asked.

The apartment is in a good location however the listing here is not accurate to what you get! The location on Booking.com is not the location of the apartment and these apartments are not all in the same location. There is no way this is a 4 star property and has no facilities or reception, which is implied by the questions answered for previous guests. The apartment is extremely noisy until about 2am due to being above bars and nightclubs. The apartment itself is very run down, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Even for Italian standards this is a very poor apartment, considering the price was not that cheap. They are charging people a price based on their best apartment, but that’s not what you get!

A lot of things were broken, like our bedroom door handle. The other items that were broken like the chai washer, wasn’t a big deal, but we got stuck in our room at one point cause our kids shut the door all the way and we needed assistance from other family members to get us out. We also had mold in just our bathroom. Like a lot. We honestly didn’t notice it until the next morning as it was a late arrival, but after using the shower and smelling something bad, we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and the next morning we saw why. We chose to just not use that restroom and keep the door closed. There was also a matter of safety. The steep concrete stairs with missing rails made me incredibly nervous for our kids to use- especially at night as the only bathroom on the floor they were in was either up or down the steep steps.

The property was very spacious and the location was great. Most of the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in showing us the space, answering questions, and arranging transportation from the airport.

Shower flooded every use, Kettle didn’t work had to be replaced, caused issues for our baby feeding. Plug sockets one side of room didn’t work Coffee machine didn’t work. Tv didn’t switch off easily.

During our stay we had problems with hot water that could not be solved so we had to take cold showers :(. Also, all the three showers and sinks were clogged and water was coming to room.

The room smelled horrible, like chlorine. The water in the tap tasted a lot of chlorine. Toilette was running non stop. Pictures of the room where very much not the same as the room, as the pictures were from other rooms within the building. We ended up in something that felt like a prison.

I was given a different apartment to the one I booked. Mine was supposed to have a washing machine!The power point in the bathroom was dodgy & clearly unsafe. The iron didn’t even fit into any power point. Cupboard doors were falling off their hinges. The light in the main loungeroom kept flickering on & off. The bedroom lamps didn’t even work!The 3 flights of stairs were so old & slippery. Mosquitoes were constantly buzzing around my head when I was trying to sleep. The keys to the main entrance off the street & into the room were difficult to use. The old, unappealing place was so overpriced & not good value for money. I would definitely not stay here or recommend this place.

The Air Condition was broken, it wasn't doing it's job. The room was so HOT. Only one Split system in whole apartment. It was summer and the unit is quit old. not adequate to cool the apartment. We were family split in two rooms, very hot at night, horrible to stay inside rooms. Very hot, they provided only one fan, we asked for another one as it might help to move air, not given. we booked for two night, we moved next morning after staying at one night, booked other hotel, as it was nightmare to stay in this hotel. We notify the manager that we can not stay in this heat and we are leaving at 8.00 am in morning and not coming back. you can rent it to someone but not us. I have property pictures, horrible. The shower is very small and old. Overall nice location but bad facilities inside.

It was surprise for the location. There are 2 sites. We were surprised that the bigger apartment is in a different location from the advertisement in booking. BUT, the location ended up being even better. The location was a vibrant and live place.

We arrived to a leaking air conditioner onto the kitchen floor which was a large puddle we nearly slipped on. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards, no batteries in the tv remote and a musty smelly bathroom with black mould. We had to vacate for one of our paid for days unable to be in the property even though it was a paid for day, for them to clean and repaint, and only were offered 40% rebate .

The apartment we received was NOT the apartment that was advertised on Booking and it was like being in a youth hostel. The place was run down, pokey and not comfortable at all. The pictures that advertised the apartment were NOT from the apartment we got. The address was different to the address we were given and clearly it was because the apartment was not what we had booked.

Run down and needs maintenance work. Bad smell coming from drain in kitchen and we had to call to get the shower head fixed and the shower drain unblocked. Dishwasher didn't work. AC was very noisy in the lounge. Apartments are having work done so noisy during the day.
