A few of the members of the staff were a complete disgrace from being barely helpful to a lack of attitude and service towards the clients, that can’t be said for all of them because others were fantastic. The place stinks to cigarette and cleaning is probably an option that they don’t dare to consider. Starting from the fact that I forgot my shampoo and found it in the same room 4 days after to the fact that I left my towel on the heater to dry it and couldn’t find it 3 hours later. So this can probably describe a few things about the hostel. Acceptable and that’s being generous simply because of the location. And how can I forget finding sheets in the shower a couple of times and telling the staff and their answer being “it’s not my problem what clients do”.

Many construction everywhere… kind of scary walking back at night, although located quiet close to city centre but it’s quiet far to get anywhere The host/ property are charging everything that are expensive The building was old, not even maintained, the paint look dusty

The receptionist Sharon was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and warm. Would recommend anyone wanting to be close the center of Milan.

Sheets were dirty, shower room doesn’t have anything to put my shower gel or anything inside, a lot of things need maintenance, no restroom in reception area and I couldn’t use any restroom right after checkout, staff don’t really care, no iron to use in the whole place!

Kitchen was quite run down. Bathroom a bit cramped. The man on overnight reception was yelling, literally screaming, for over an hour on the phone and I asked him to please be quiet as I was trying to take an international call (this was between 12-1.30am) and he yelled at me to “go outside then” because he “works there” and can do what he wants. Quite shocking customer service really.

Location was alright. The croissant and coffee provided are nice.

the doors to the room were very difficult to open, they gave me a locker key that was so bent and when I tried to close the locker it broke, for which they charged me 20 euros, the room had poor quality blankets, no towels, and the bathroom didn't even have soap, it had to buy at the reception which cost 7-10 euros

The breakfast it will be better if they bring a lot of thing not just a croissant jam or Nutella even if it on the customer fee it’s ok but find some thing to eat in morning

I've been coming to this hostel for a third time now, and I look forward to the next visiting. It is very clean, location is perfect due to being close to the most important monuments of Milan. The rate between price and quality is more than fair enough and it is great for individual travelers. The staff was very pleasent and warm, always there to help and answer questions, especially Sharon (i hope i pronoumced it well). All in all warm recomondation.

At the end of the day, this is still a hostel. People will come in and out at different times, which is particularly bothersome at night. You won't get much sleep if you're a light sleeper.

Only two things, one is that the bathroom had some bad smell which appeared at certain times. Second is that i needed an iron which they didn’t have , had to wear my shirts with creases😅

I requested a business invoice they never read the messagea from bookings. They didn't delivered what I asked for and didn't wanted to change it (even is absolutely possible in Italy since already has this situation with another hotel and they did changed it). Laziness? Maybe. Arrived to a dirty bathroom. You can also find crazy people and drug addicts there. Careful with your motorbike on the steet. They charge 20 for parking it in their area but won't any safer anyways.

AC was working, but could have been a little cooler in the room... No possibility to wash clothes, what would come handy if you're travelling...

Everything great, beds clean and comfortable, free lockers which where quite large, even with socket for charging inside. Breakfast in the morning was a croissant with delicious coffee. Clean bathrooms, free soap and towel. Kitchen has everything one need for proper cooking, top! Location was good!

I only spent there about 4 hours but the stuff was really nice. It was clean enough, the room is divided into two and has a bathroom which is pretty comfortable. They provide the lockets which are big enough.
