One small criticism is there is a drain smell in the master bedroom. It was fine once the window was kept ajar and was not in any other room. A room scent diffuser might be an idea for this room.

Great location - walking distance to all the major sights of Rome. Super little coffee shop downstairs. Property was very clean and with very good facilities for a family. Beds were very comfortable, shower was lovely and hot and despite being located on a busy street it was very quiet at night. Excellent communication with staff.

Maybe put some plants out on the room sun terrace and new garden furniture in time but in fairness was not essential as we stayed in April and not really warm enough yet.

Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and we had fresh croissants served every day which sets you up ready for sightseeing.

Everything is still terrific as it was our 2nd time staying here.The room is spacious, the private balcony is a plus. It’s a perfect location and having breakfast on the roof terrace is a great way to start the day!

Great staff and great location, situated omni distance from Piazza Navona and Campo Di Fiori. All main attractions within 30minutes walk from hotel. It is steps away from the phenomenal Roscioli bakery and the restraunt :) I will return for a third stay later this year.

Excellent facilities, our room was spacious comfortable and clean. The shower and en-suite were large. All the staff members were superb, attentive, always smiling and able to answer any questions etc. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely and exactly what was needed. Location was excellent with everything seemingly a 29 min walk

Staff was really nice. Walked us to our room and showed us how to get in through the code system. Was a spacious enough for a couple. The location was great with lots of restaurant and cafes close by. Our room had a private walk out balcony attached but we never used it. Great use if you’re a smoker. Short distance to the Largo di Torre Argentina. The cleaning staff was great and left candy on the bed each day it was made. There is also a nice terrace on the top floor overlooking the neighborhood. I would stay here again

Great location even if I did keep getting lost in the very winding streets! The room was spacious and came with a kettle. Each group of rooms seemed to have a communal sitting area as well which was much appreciated. Staff were very quick to respond to texts and were very helpful. I loved the roof terrace.

The best thing is that this property is just a 7-10 minute walk from all the “must-see” places. We didn’t need to use the metro or bus; we walked through some of the most beautiful streets. Additionally, the staff is incredibly friendly, from the administrators to the cleaning ladies ❤️. We felt very welcomed at this property and received all the answers we needed. Of course, the apartment itself was spacious, clean, with a huge bed and shower. We found all the necessary amenities for travelers. And the rooftop for breakfast is a MUST! I will definitely recommend this property to all my friends.
