We really didn’t like this accommodation. It is very different then the pictures on Booking. It wasn’t very clean, walls are dirty. Bathroom sometimes smell very bad. Shower doesn’t work properly, a we had to wait for warm water long time. Since you share ‘living room’ with another guests you can hear everything, so it’s not a good option if you travel with baby or kid, like we did. When we asked for iron, they didn’t have it. They recommended their laundry service but told us that they need a day to do it. But since it was Saturday and they don’t work on Sunday, they said we need to wait until Monday (our check out day). Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Breakfast is also so poor. You pay a lot for a bare minimum. But they let us to check out a little bit later, so it was a positive thing about this place.

The staff was a little indifferent. There was a small child crying through most of the night on the last night which made it difficult to sleep.

The room is very simple, there is no front desk from 18:00, basically it is an apartment with 2 bedrooms and each room consider as a separate room. If you need to leave your luggage after 18:00, they will leave you the door code active, however, i preferred to return back before 18:00 just in case something will not work and then I could not take my luggage. But it worked.

It’s pretty cold (but I understand that it’s ok for winter in Italy), there were some problems with the shower and with water in the shower. Also instead of a proper duvet cover I had something like duvet between two sheets which is pretty uncomfortable

The suite is very spacious, quite, location is incredible, stuff is very responsive and nice, bed is big and comfortable, the suite has all that you may need

Great apartment, check in was easy and efficient. Staff where great. Beds were the most comfortable we had our whole trip. Roof top terrace was also a great extra.

No hot water for shower and I tried to run it for five minutes with no luck. I saw some ants in my room. Room had a smell and AC wasn’t so cold.

The room was big, they had nice pillows, and a nice bed.

Location is fab right across from Roscioli and close to everything. Very basic usual room in an apartment block set up. Does have a lift which is a plus in Rome with suitcases

The power kept going out in our room. Also, had no hot water for 24 hours due to issues with the water heater. Both of these problems were solved but they were frustrating, especially since it was so hot out and we couldn't use the a/c or take a decent shower. The staff let us use another shower, but we were stuck in the room without consistent power. Also the bathroom in the standard room is sooo small. Hard to move around in and definitely not room for 2 people..

Very friendly staff and helpful. Spacious room. Great breakfast.

Be prepared for a hotel stay where tea & coffee is provided but you will need to pay extra for ironing or washing options.

Good location & right next door to a little bistro that was perfect for a drink after a full day of walking. The room was spacious & had all that you would expect from a hotel room.

The hotel is in a fabulous location - right next to Campo di Fiori square. The hotel had tons of charm with a spectacular rooftop deck. The two bedroom room was huge and the air conditioning incredible. On the downside, the beds were uncomfortable - sloped to the center and no real comforter - just a thin blanket. Also, we had no hot water on the second day of our stay - freezing showers for our whole family of four.

The electricity kept going out the first night. I had no hot water for the first night either. Staff was super nice and helpful about it all but still frustrating. Bathroom in the basic rooms was very small and hard to use due to the layout.

Location was within walking distance to all major attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room had a horrible damp smell whenever the windows were shut, shower pressure was terrible, bath towels had holes / stains.

The terrace was a nice spot to have some lunch, the cleaner did an amazing job of tidying the place!

Area very busy so noisy at night if windows were open. Room and bathroom quite small. Nice rooftop space to sit, but felt a bit "tired".

Bed very comfortable. Room clean. Very good central location for walking everywhere. Breakfast coffee and croissant good but not much choice - delivered to room promptly as arranged with the reception. Roof top area nice to have but looked a bit tired.

We didn’t realise that we have a shared common room, and can hear everything happening on the floor. Luckily our neighbours weren’t too loud. In the bathroom the towel rack was exceptionally hot and my partner burnt his bum on it, which blistered.

It was in a great location, the staff were incredible, always there to help and friendly. We’d always come back to a tidy room and chocolates on the pillow

1. I really don’t understand why the reception ask to take a picture of your passports and CREDIT CARD when you check in. I refused and suggested to use the card machine to get the deposit. But the reception still insist so I have to give one of my debit card. it’s really unprofessional and make me feel unsafe and insecure. Please delete the picture of all my information. 2. The facilities are terrible. The water is completely cold so we can’t shower at all. So we sent msg to reception but no one replied and only read. Also the shower is partially blocked and sprinkled everywhere. I will send the pic on google map review afterwards. After we complain the next morning the reception only waived Rome city taxes fees which were 7 Euros for us. But what they said was we can use booking complaints afterwards for the compensation if I am not happy. but guess what, 7 Euros is everything. So thank you very much for your honest and good service. 3. The noise insulation is bad as well. I heard people walking and talking around 1am(not sure downstairs or next). Car whistle woke me up around 3am. While my note when book this property is: silent sides, sensitive to noise. if you want to live here please bring your earplugs. 4. check in after 3pm and reception said he leaves at 6pm usually. check out at 10am. (other properties in rome usually 11am to check out.) Not safe, use the same code to open main door, common door and your own door. (I saw another bad reviews his headphones was stolen, I just regret why I didn’t see the bad reviews before booking.) And you share the common room with another room’ guests. Two bedrooms and one living room it’s more like airbnb style.
