Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaBreakfast was good but could be just a bit more diverse (i.e. some vegetables) and some glasses /small fridge would be helpful in the room as well. But all in all it was excellent, we highly recommend it to everyone visiting Dolomites, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Location was perfect, silent with fabulous view to the mountains, in a village very close to Cortina d'Ampezza, very nice and helpful staff helping us to settle and giving us hints and directions to the Dolomites. Everything clean and cozy, nice big parking place free of charge, elevator to help for large luggage.

United StatesThe property could use a bit more upgrade. The shower head was too small, the shower box itself was tiny. The mirror had spots where the silver backing was pealing off. It is just a matter of reasonable upkeep and upgrade.
Nice location, wonderful staff, decent size room, decent breakfast, free parking.
