The WiFi didn’t work, we had no towels, not a big problem but it wasn’t a cheap room! We also had nowhere to leave luggage that was safe/ locked - we had to pay 20€ in the station to leave our bags.

Good location for the station or metro, clean, large bed and bathroom. Overlooking the street but no noise. Beautiful historic building and elevator.

The only huge downside is really slow Wi-Fi

The location is great! Right in front of the opera building. All the main sights (the Colosseum, Trevi fountain) are within a walking distance, 15-20 minutes on foot. There are small supermarkets nearby, and a good restaurant just downstairs. Check-in and check-out were quite smooth. You can leave your things after the check-out and pick them up later. The place has a common area for all guests with water, tea, coffee, snacks.

Very good location. Water and some snacks available and that was good. No wifi! We had never access to wifi and we had no solution for this from the hotel. Room and bed was ok but not comfortable.

We only needed a place for one night, and being close to the train station was our main priority. This room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Great communication with the owner with easy messaging to drop our bags early before check-in. Only issue we had was a really poor wifi signal. We were only there one night, so it was not a huge problem, but if we were there longer, it would have been a big issue for us.

We had to send passport photos via Whatsapp to get into the building while we were out on the street. It was a last minute booking and didn't had internet so I guess for others this won't be an issue.

The communication with the host via Whatsapp was good, we were able to check in after 2200 which was helpful and we could leave our bags at reception for the checkout day. We also used their umbrella which was pretty useful as we didn't had one.

The walls are very thin so you hear every sound and voice from the nearby room. Cleaning service could have been better.

The room itself has everything you need. Additionally there is a kitchen on the floor which is very comfortable. Nice gesture with free coffee and water. The location is good. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable room, with free mineral water, coffee and tea (an espresso machine and a kettle in the room), with comfy beds and situated right opposite the Opera, perfect location. The room faced the courtyard, no noise whatsoever. The accomodation also offers a breakfast room available 24h for the guests. Cleaning every day. Communication with the host was great.

The property is conveniently located near Termini station (maybe 7-8 minutes by foot). It’s just in front of the Theatre - which gives you amazing vibes. Lots of restaurants around, Hop on Hop off buses are nearby. The property has everything you need, house keeping was great, and communication was on top.

No full length mirror or iron, which is not a big deal, but a nice to have sometimes.

Fantastic location close to Via Nazionale where most buses pass. Barberini Metro is about 1 block away (very walkable) and only 10mins walk to Termini. It's also right across from the Opera House which is lovely. Room was nice, bright and clean. Building has an elevator. Stefano was very helpful and let me check in early as by chance the room was ready, which was great. He Whatsapped the day before to confirm. Would recommend for short stays. 👍

Not staffed, but instructions provided on arrival, using WhatsApp to communicate. Some confusion over entering the building initially. Room is quite small, but had decent air conditioning and a very small tv. Bathroom was pretty good, but no toilet paper provided, which seemed a little strange for a hotel providing towels… there was a bidet, but there was also a toilet roll holder, so maybe was an oversight on the cleaner’s behalf.

Great location opposite the Opera House as advertised. Close to Termini Station (within a fairly easy walk) with some good surrounding restaurants.

The location is great. Roughly 20 mins walk from major tourist sites which is great, because the local buses were often not reliable. Stefano was super friendly and replied quickly to messages.

Bed was a bit hard for me, but it was ok. I would have preferred to pay the touristic tax by card, but in this case it was required to pay it in cash before check out. There are many banks to withdraw cash without cost so it is ok.

I visited at the beginning of August, so it was quite hot outside (38C). It was a blessing to come back from the center and find the room at a perfect temperature (25C). Very close to Rome Termini, and the neighbourhood looked very safe at night, full of hotels and bars with people at almost any hour. Close to the main bus stops, you can also walk to some of touristic spots. Bathroom and room were very clean. There is a small fridge in the room to keep water.
