Pillows were a bit flat and very uncomfortable. Also, in our room, we couldn't turn the heating down and in effect it was too hot and very uncomfortable to sleep. We had to open the balcony window to get some air and colder temperature. Air condition seemed to have been broken.

I loved the location of the hotel, very close to Porta Susa- main train station, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel as well and the bus will take you to the town center. Employees of the hotel were ever so nice, every single one of them. Always smiles on their faces and very helpful.

You should pay for the parking for your car.

The position near the metro stop and porta Susa, was perfect to reach the center in a few minutes. The room was simple but very warm.

If your room neighbors are a bit loud, you will hear them and this can be annoying. The rooms don’t isolate noises from the neighboring rooms.

Value for many, location, kitchen were fine for us. We arrived 1 hour earlier before check-in and room and parking place were ready for us (parking place was reserved and confirmed by mail). Additional plus was continental breakfast included in price. Good place to stay 1-2 days in Milan.

The room was comfy, the included breakfast was good. The location is an easy walk to train (Porta Susa) and metro stops or into the city centre. Really excellent value. Having a 24hr front desk made our late arrival into Torino really easy.

The shower cabin was small even for a petite lady like me(5’2) + there was no place to put your hygiene items. Also, you can clearly hear noises from the hallway. However, the building is quite old, so it’s understandable
