We loved the location but it is a very small village with limited facilities which might not suit some. Some essentials were lacking on arrival but were swiftly resolved when bought to their attention - they had simply been missed when preparing the room.

Stunning location on the water with outstanding views and exceptionally helpful staff. Rooms very good for the money, though not luxurious by any means. Tasty breakfast and very willing to accommodate dietary needs.

The hotel was perfect location, only 30 minute ferry from Como. The ferry stop is right outside the front of the hotel in addition to a bus stop which can also take you around the lake. The hosts were super lovely and extremely helpful when needing advice on bus/ferry times and places to visit. We stayed in a lake view, balcony room which was perfect. Sadly we had bad weather but would definitely recommend!! The room was super clean and nice sized bathroom. Would recommend as a perfect hotel to stay at when visiting Lake Como. If you’re wanting to stay somewhere with restaurants and supermarkets near by, there wasn’t much apart from the restaurant in the hotel.

Size of room was small but I guess. All property are small compared to other countries.

We had the best view of the lake right from our room. Amazing service at reception. A must stay, enjoy lake Como from this amazing hotel.

Orso Bruno was in a very convenient location. Parking was available, on-site restaurant, & a wine bar right next door. We did not have to move the car once. It had a beautiful view of Lake Como and the 2 bedroom suite was very large & comfortable.

There is a boat station/ stop quite in front and could be a but nosy in the morning

Not the hotel's fault, but there's hardly a footpath even, for a decent stroll around the hotel, given that the hotel does not have a pool or gym

The view from our room, the ease of check-in & out, the friendly helpful staff, close proximity to ferry point & excellent restaurant. I was not feeling well enough & missed my pre-paid breakfast, but hotel was kind enough to give me a refund.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety, however I was in a rush to leave for an event so it may be that I didn't look enough.

The view was absolutely incredible from my personal terrace. Waking up to Lake Como, is worth an unlimited amount of money. Also, the staff were absolutely incredible. Very helpfuly and lovely to talk to.

The reception area is a bit dead. They could have utilised the area more for lounging and reading. Rooms on top floor need to be accessed via external staircase. (Could be a problem when it rains)

It’s situation on a quiet street off the main road. The hotel overlooks the lake and the environmental is very peaceful. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great food, comfortable rooms (Thank goodness for the air con!)

Nothing fancy here, small quaint hotel in a small quiet, pretty village on the left side of lake Como. Room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice sun terrace and views of the lake. The breakfast was very good and the bistro in the evening was also very good. Staff were most helpful. It was a very relaxed stay but nothing fancy. Great bar below hotel with lakeside terrace.

We are a family with three smaller children (7,5,1 1/2), the street is very narrow with no secure place to walk. And the area is very quiet with no shops where you can buy water or ice cream. No play grounds in walking distance. The shore of lake Como is almost not accessible from the hotel, you have to drive to find a place to swim with children. We got no information about things to do in the area with children - and not very much help when we asked for a place to get pizza for lunch. The guy in the hotel told us “further down the street”, but we didn’t find that place, that serves pizza for lunch. So we wouldn’t recommended the place for people traveling with children. It was not a relaxing area with children.

The hotel is beautiful, and it is located just next to the Como lake. Breakfast (not included) was very good and with a great view over the lake.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and charming area not too far from the Autostrada and has a great view of the lake. Very flexible and helpful staff, we would like to come back.

Everything was great on both my visits.

This hotel is both characterful and immaculately clean. Nice bathroom and the beds are very comfortable, the hosts are extremely considerate to their customers. We appreciated the friendly service, thoughtful cosmetics, coffee & tea making facility and excellent food in the restaurant.
