It was comfortable amd clean,, location is very good. In the bathroom of room 1 it would be good to have some racks or hangers to hang towels and clothing while taking a shower. Perhaps you could sell some earplugs for blocking noise? Some people are really loud snoring. In the outer entrance by the river there should be a logo and name of the hostel, it would make it a little easier to find the hostel.

I'm a tall person and I found that the bottom bunk bed I was assigned left me feeling cramped – but the hostel didn't know about my height before I booked it, so I'd just ask for a top bunk or free standing bed next time.

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. Situated 20-30 minutes walk from the centre. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large, with backlit mirrors. Very nice, green courtyard. The pillows were uncomfortable

The room was clean. It was very nice to have washbasin in the room. And staff was very nice. We missed the bus and arrived at 10:30, but the staff extended the check-in time for us. We really appreciate it.

The three vaporato stations are within a 3-5 minute walking distance from this hostel. The roommates from various countries were all friendly and polite, so there was no inconvenience. I brought a hairdryer and shared it with my roommates. The kitchen provided ingredients (spaghetti, onions, flour, olive oil, salt, etc.) for free, so I made soup and spaghetti for dinner.

The doors in the room were too loud, they might need maintenance, also it doesn't really make sense that reception opens at 13 when check out has to be at 10 max. If you have any kind of problem it would be nice to have someone to help.

Really good location for a good price compared to other places, has free luggage storage after check out. Quiet and relaxing place.

Thank you for a great stay. Excellent value for money. As a result (after a small additional payment) we used a twin room with a private bathroom. Quiet and safe place, great base for visiting Venice, close to vaporetto. Clean, warm... what more could you want.

I was in the separate building and the internet wasn"t stable there, as the hot spot is located in the main building.

Great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, everything was clean. It is comfortably warm in rooms and bathroom, which was crucial for me while traveling in winter. They have the most equiped kitched i've ever seen in tostels. It's only 20min away from shuttle bus and railway station as well as from the center, like San Marco square. Nice location with bars and supermarkets nearby.

The only inconvenience was the heating. We stayed in a room with no heaters and the first night was quite uncomfortable because it was literally freezing inside. We got extra blankets and so on but the staff moved us in another room for the next two nights, so the problem was somehow fixed. We didn’t really find it appropriate that they gave us the room knowing that it doesn’t have any heating system (we visited in December and the temperature outside in the evenings was always between 0-1 Degree Celsius). We appreciate though that the staff was prompt and listened to our request to get another room.

Our stay at the hostel was generally ok. The location is beautiful, the hostel itself being somewhat part of a church and also a historical landmark. It is right on the canal in a very quiet part of Venice. Near the hostel is a really cool bar and also some really nice restaurants. Our room was very clean, the bathroom too. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and available during the day.

The air conditioning made some noise and the streets to get there are really dark, even when Venice is a ver safe city, that darkness is a little bit scary, specially when you are a solo woman traveller.

I liked that they offered free coffee and water at the reception, free luggage store in case you leave early or need to let your baggage there. Everything was very clean and the staff very nice

I went last summer and there was only one fan for 6 people. I was lucky that I got the bed directly under the fan but I still used my mini electronic hand fan while sleeping. I think you can add maybe another one or two fans on every room for the comfort of the guests.
