Such a lovely place to stay in a fantastic location right on the edge of the old town. The hosts were really helpful, the rooms were decorated beautifully and the property had a huge rooftop terrace with the most amazing view that you could sit and relax. Breakfast was one of the best that we have had in all our time travelling. Thank you for having us.

At times it seemed more a museum than a B&B, and you feel that everything is "so in place" that you don't feel comfortable to lean back and sit in the open spaces. There was an air-conditioner in our room, and cold-air was coming out, but for some reason it didn't cool down the room, maybe because the ceiling of the room was so high, we awoke several times at night due to the heat.

Beautiful property which really did seem like a Pallazo. The hosts were gracious, and informative. There is a huge verandah accessible to the guests on the third floor. Breakfast was wonderful and included a cappuccino. Location is superb, 3- min walk to the old city with free parking in the street.

Fantastic! The rooms wee spacious, modern and fitted out beautifully. The breakfast area and foyer have all been so carefully curated, it has such a homely feeling. Located right at the edge of the old town, it was super close to shops, restaurants and we were able to park for free right outside. The owners were lovely people and they put on a great breakfast each morning.

No fridge in the room. But we have found this is quite common throughout Italy and no big deal. A small fridge would be a fabulous bonus. Though they do offer wines and beer at the Palazzo at a reasonable price if you need it. Cold bottled water is also available to drink there complimentary. It’s a lovely place to stay and very peaceful as well.

A beautiful old Palazzo 3minutes walk straight to the historic town. It’s a stunning property beautifully decorated. The rooms have high ceilings and are large and perfectly decorated with artistic flare. Liana and Enzo have put particular effort into making their Palazzo an exceptional place to stay. Delicious breakfast and fantastic rooftop area to enjoy day or evening. Bonus, free public parking just out front if you arrive during the day, if not then you can find further along the road or nearby street. Fantastico!

everything was great. it would be great if the terrace could be opened (with lights) after 20:00 — at least during the summer.

beautifully, tastefully curated. the way the room was decorated added to our stay as it was nice and COMFORTABLE. incredibly spacious room and bathroom. plenty of spaces outside of the room to work or unwind if need be.

The property is beautiful and well located close to the train station, the room was huge and super clean, and the décor was really nice. The breakfast was also very good. There is also a huge and very pleasant terrace in the rooftop for nice city views and some relaxation. The owners Liliana and Enzo were extremely nice. They allowed me to check in once the room was ready, long before the check in time at no extra charge. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The air-conditioning situation was not ideal. It didn't stay on after you removed the room key and so we returned to a very hot room everyday and the unit wasn't strong enough to cool the room down.

The couple that run this B&B were lovely. The decor was beautiful, and they served a beautiful breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Being a solo female traveler, I would’ve preferred to be right in the old town of Lecce, but overall the location is still great, just a 5 minute walk from the city walls as well as the train station. Don’t be put off by the initial walk from the train station to the Palazzo!

And the design of the property is fantastic, the breakfast is outstanding, and the owners are helpful and lovely to communicate with.

Perfect palazzo right near the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable, chic, and stocked with everything you could need. Enjoy the roof deck. Parking on the street was quite easy. Stay in the white lines.

A two minute walk from the Old Town so a good location and we managed to park on the road each day. Check in and out was smooth The hosts were friendly, including Minnie the dog. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts were fabulous and the rooftop a lovely place to relax.

This is a fantastic place to stay and the rooms are very spacious. The host was excellent and the breakfast was superb. It is in a fantastic location right on the edge of the old town and would definitely stay again. The owners little dog is so cute you will want to take her home with you!!

The palazzo is beautifully decorated and our room was spacious, spotless and so comfortable. The choice at breakfast was fantastic and the location is perfect for visiting the beautiful old town of Lecce -a 5 minute walk and you’re there! We also visited Otranto and Gallipoli both of which are easy drives and are well worth a visit and also the beautiful beach at Torre dell’Orso where the water is crystal clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The couple who own the palazzo are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Lecce.
