We couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing I would mention is the 3 steps down into the magnificent bathroom.

Everything! The personal greeting of Alberto at the door was a wonderful start to our stay in beautiful Lecce. The property is magnificent and the attention to detail is incredible. After a less than exceptional time in Fasano we were thrilled with our room and its facilities. Breakfast was a highlight for us. The a la carte menu was extensive and the food was delicious. Netflix on a rainy afternoon was a bonus. It’s an easy walk into the historic centre of town with plenty of street parking available. We parked right out the front. If I could give it more than a 10 I would.

Staying at the Palazzo Console was a dream. We were welcomed with great warmth and generosity. The accommodations were so perfect, beautiful, clean, and comfy that we did not want to leave. And the breakfasts! Yikes, we will not forget them. Everyone was so helpful, kind, warm, and sensitive. We would go back in a nanosecond. They also gave great advice on day trips and the surrounding area of Lecce.

Excellent communication from the outset from Alberto. Detailed instructions about where to park, suggested itineraries of places to visit in Lecce & further afield. Palazzo Console is one of the most beautiful places we have booked. Attention to detail is everywhere - communal areas, the room itself and also from Alberto & his team. Breakfast choice was amazing & food presented & cooked to a very high standard. Our stay was perfect - we couldn't have felt more welcome.

What a fantastic place in Lecce. Walking distance from the historic center. Beautiful room and an unbelievable friendly host. Always busy to give you the best possible stay in Lecce. Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast (a la carte). I am definitely going back!

I had no problems, but possibly some people would not likely towels that are a cloth. There was also plenty of them, but not plus like the usual hotel towels.

iIt was a beautiful boutique hotel. The people were fabulous. One of the best breakfasts I had at the several hotels that I stayed at this vacation. Everything was made to order and you could have everything if you wanted. it was also a quick walk into the historic center and there was plenty of parking on the street as well as a garage..

Great location walk to the old town the hosts were just fabulous nothing was too much trouble even visiting the pharmacy for me organising my washing . The bathroom products were lovely and great on my hair . Breakfast was tasty with lovely fresh ingredients choices for all tastes . We usually stay in hotels it was so refreshing to have hosts with local knowledge to assist with taxis restaurants . The town itself is fabulous a little bar and sushi place within a stone throw . I don’t like sushi but they had great options for fried rice and chicken etc . We were delighted with our 4 night stay and were sad to leave . I also used the local hairdresser he was wonderful and only a few doors away Lecce the old town is a easy walk and really lovely

We loved everything about the property.

We ended up extending our stay because we loved Palazzo Console so much. The hotel is modern (in an old building) and beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Alberto and his team were extremely friendly and professional, and every day they gave us great advice on day trips around Puglia. Such a great team! And breakfasts at the Palazzo are exceptional, the best we have ever had!! Lots of great choices, and everything is so fresh and delicious, amazing! Highly recommended!

Our host Alberto couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful to suggest itineraries, book restaurants and sort us a hire car. The property is beautiful, a traditional building with a very boutique, contemporary finish and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip. Also, location was perfect being a very short walk to the old town. Would highly recommend!

Not every hotel is worth taking the time a review, but our experience at Palazzo Console was really second to none. The welcome from Alberto on arrival was as if we’d just gotten to an old friend’s house from the welcome drink to the thorough explanation of the city, property, room and amenities. The property is located on a relatively quiet street very accessible to the center of Lecce. If you’re driving you can take advantage of the street parking or nearby underground Parkejoo garage. The hotel itself is small in an intimate way providing modern facilities within a classic palazzo complete with a shared courtyard, high ceilings and small pool (perfect in the Leccese heat). Our room was very spacious qnd even included a jacuzzi tub. On arrival there was complimentary water provided in the fridge as well as sweet and savory snacks that were replenished every time the room was turned over. Even the smell of the lobby and the linens is something we won’t forget and wish we could have brought home with us. In the morning, breakfast was provided in the courtyard area next to the pool with Mari making sure all of our needs were met. She even remembered which water we preferred each morning! The food itself was amazing and varied from classic Italian breakfast pastries and fruit to heartier options in the form of granola bowls, sandwiches, etc. Aside from that, the staff was more than helpful with assisting in coordinating daily itineraries depending on the weather and what we were interesting in doing as well as helping choose restaurants and even make the reservations if necessary. We really cannot say enough positive things about Palazzo Console. If you’re looking for traditional southern Italian hospitality with modern amenities, look no further than this amazing property and the team that keeps it running so impeccably.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Console in Lecce, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning contemporary design. The blend of historic charm and modern elegance is truly remarkable. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully curated, with tasteful décor and beautiful details that make the space both luxurious and inviting. The cleanliness was impeccable—something I always appreciate. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. I loved the use of linen all over as well, great touch! Alberto and every one at Palazzo Console were the warmest people I met. I had no firm itinerary and I had the best day with Alberto's recommended itinerary exploring the beaches and some of the towns along the way. He was so helpful to provide great tips and also restaurants to try. Everyone at Palazzo Console were so warm and helpful... I remember Lecce not just for being a beautiful city but its even more beautiful people! All in all, my stay at Palazzo Console was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re visiting Lecce, this place is a gem, and I hope I get to return to stay again.
