We were only minutes away from St Mark's square and the rialto bridge. We were able to check in early and were given lots of information about the area. It was a bit noisy at night but not for long and not late. There is a lift, which was very unexpected. If I come to Venice again I will stay here.

We struggled to work out the air conditioning so got a bit hot but in fairness we didn’t ask for help either!

The room was a really nice style with a beautiful painting above the bed. Cristian and his staff were so friendly and welcoming as well as being very helpful with any request we had. Cristian messaged beforehand to give us recommendations on the best form of travel and the times for the boat which we really appreciated. The bed was big and comfortable. It was easy to come and go with a key card for the main door and room door. The shutters meant you could get a good nights sleep and not be disturbed by light.

I can't think of anything. Walking there from the train station was difficult because we didn't do our research. We could have taken a vaporetto to get very close to the hotel instead of walking through the zigzags that Google Maps was taking us on. But that was our error, not Palazzo La Scala.

The location is very convenient. "Host" was super helpful with food, vaporetto info, and such. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. No complimentary water, either. There’s a bad odour coming out of the toilet when flushed. Noise insulation is bad, I could hear people walking in the room above mine, let alone their laughters etc.

The location was great. The room was clean, a housekeeper visits the room and does the cleaning on a daily basis, providing new towels and bathroom supplies. The guy at the reception who works during daytime (I forgot to get his name) was very friendly and helpful. When I told him there were no slippers in the room he rushed to get a pair for me. The room was really small but neat. Warm enough during a relatively cold time of the year. Furniture was old but generally well kept. There was no problem with the pressure or temperature of the water.

We like everything about this hotel, however i would like to pass a suggestion, to put a kettle and some tea and coffee.

The staff were fantastic, made us feel welcome and offered us tips. They were extremely helpful! The location is superb, a short straight walk from vaporetto Rialto stop. And it was in between Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Perfect location 👍I highly recommend this hotel

Safe and central location Receptionist to help with questions and always greeted as we came and went Check in was so smooth. I needed to use the bathroom and the receptionist understood the urgency and quickly gave me the room key. Allowed me to continue the check in after. Receptionists personal and speak English Great cheese and meat shop next door Reviews comment on the small room size. It was small but not a problem

The room was tiny but this was fine as we weren't in it very much. The walls are quite thin and so we could often hear noise from the streets outside or from neighbouring rooms, which wasn't great when you're trying to get to sleep.

Cristian and other staff members were really helpful and gave us some good tips for what to see and where to go. The location was brilliant and a little out the way from the main street in a quiet alley. It was comfortable and very cosy, we weren't cold at all! It was fine for the short stay we had.

I had forgotten my wallet in my room, and Jo not only called to inform me but also personally walked me—carrying my luggage—just to help me catch my flight in time. The property was in the centre of Venice so close to everywhere. The room was a little bit small but clean and very cosy. I would definitely go back again and we will together with my husband next year. Venice is so special for us!!! And staff there are very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!!

The managers were very helpful when we arrived and throughout the stay. They anticipated our questions and made sure our arrival went smoothly. The location is 10/10 near everything you need. We also requested a late checkout and were approved. The trip was amazing!
