Location was great for a day trip to ravello and other cities. It isn’t walking distance from any restaurant or tourist spots. 10 min drive to ravello was nice. Drivers are available quickly too which helped.

Staff were incredible. Insanely beautiful views. Complimentary champagne and decorated for our celebration. Robes and slippers were nice touch. Restaurant was delicious with amazing staff. Comfortable, large bed. We felt and were treated like luxury! Front desk staff were so helpful gave us recommendations and links to book travel to our next location. Baggage service was nice as well.

The property is beautiful, the luggage service, reception staff, concierge were fantastic. Stunning panoramic views. We really enjoyed dinner at Gli Ulivi and the breakfast was delicious as well.

The rooms decor is a bit tired but charming overall.

Beautiful property in a unique setting near Ravello. This is a top notch family owned small luxury hotels and the staff treats you like family. We had a fantastic stay.

The location is not good - absolutely nothing at walking distance and the transfers or taxis are very expensive. Other point that was really bad: the do not have window blinds so at 6am is super bright at your room

The restaurant is the super high point of this hotel. Lunch and dinner absolutely divine!

I liked everything, the entrance to the hotel is some steps down from the road but the hotel waits for you to take care of teh bags so really not an issue

The environment that is created by the people, the quality of the food and the beautiful surroundings meant we felt ‘at home’ immediately. The rooms were immaculately presented and the ceramics on show through out give the hotel real character.

Our stay was perfect.

The hotel is called Palazzo Pascal Luxury Experience and it is all about luxury. Our room was beautiful and clean. The terrace was amazing and we were given a complimentary bottle of bubbles to enjoy on the terrace. We loved our bath tubes and slippers and the lovely quality toiletries. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived we felt completely welcome and certain that our stay would be memorable and incredible. Communication prior to our stay was very thorough and helpful. As the team knew we were celebrating our honeymoon, they upgraded our room and left a lovely surprise there for us. The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The attention to detail is second to none and this continues throughout the building with beautiful tiles and ceramics everywhere. The pool area is beautiful, breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully and the view from the pool is dreamy. I think that the service from staff here sets Palazzo Pascal apart; they really couldn't do enough to ensure our holiday was perfect, from recommending and booking restaurants to providing a wealth of knowledge/hints about the local area and what to see and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view. Located in Scala that provides a more peaceful location and yet, short walk or drive to Ravello and Amalfi. Hotel is at a cliff with amazing views. The hotel facilities are great. Rooms are clean and breakfast is rich and tasty. But as always, the staff is the important thing. Always in attention, helping, making all that is possible to give you the royal treatment and little pleasures

Prepare to taxi to most locations but the money you save will still make it a better deal than the more expensive five star hotels in the region.!

The most amazing staff we have ever had at any hotel/home we have stayed in. Lidia took care of our every need, every single day, and the pool and restaurant staff were polite, super funny and incredibly service minded. The whole thing felt like staying with the most accommodating family and I recommend it dearly and sincerely to anyone who wants to stay with the nicest people in the Amalfi coast, and not feel like you are being treated like any other tourists. 10/10 stars!!!

The location is not serviced directly ( door-to-door) with transit, however a taxi can provide transportation. I am a particular traveler, and Palazzo Pascal did not disappoint. We will return in the future !

The location provided great views and was very peaceful. The pool overlooking the coast provided was refreshing the views were excellent. The breakfasts were very good- fresh fruit and a large selection of pastries and dining a the restaurant was also very nice. Moreover, what what makes Palazzo Pascal special, is the team. They were flexible on check-in and provided good insight into the area and activities.
