My only complaint is that they need to let guests know if you come by train to Station Santa Lucia you need to take the wager taxi #1 to Rialto Bridge. I walked around for two hours before I found it which was easy with the right directions. You can walk 20 minutes from the station but don't if you have luggage. I use a backpack and that is Better than a suitcase. You have cobblestone walks, bridges and steps to deal with. My other suggestion is you must tell people and put in your description there is No lift/elevator. I was in Room 8 on the top floor 70 steps to the top. Up and Down. Imagine carrying your bags that far. I am not a newcomer to Venizia but a first at this hotel. I would stay there again but I would require a lower floor. The staff was amazing.

Just the stairs🤣. But it would be a crime to alter something in a building 600 years old. so the 'sacrifice' wasn't much. It was just a bit of extra excerise. i had help with taking up and down the luggage so no problems there

the room was fantastic, the bed extremely comfortable...the whole baroque atmosphere was exceptional. Not to mention how easy it was to reach Rialto and all the biggest attractions, and safe. i liked the miss who was present at the check in. she was extremely nice and helpful. she is also one of the reasons i will come back

The place is breathtaking. Location, quality of the room, the palace itself. You're in the very earth of Venice, in a wonderful location. It's just magical.

There was no soap, and since I had to do a self-check-in, I had to wait for the receptionist. The room was on the third floor without an elevator, which was difficult with heavy luggage. There were no slippers, even though they were supposed to be provided—not a big issue, though.

Great location, very comfortable bed, and a quiet room. Overall, I slept very well and felt truly relaxed after staying in the room. It's also great that there is a vaporetto (water bus) station just a 2-minute walk away, which provides easy access to the train and bus station.

The fragrance that is put everywhere in the hotel, including the room, is very specific and heavy. we did not really like the sweet candylike smell, and would have prefered it without. but thats personal taste.

The bathroom was tiny. The shower wasn’t suitable for someone very tall/ wide.

The loft is low, had to pay attention all the time not to hit the head. It's on the 4th or 5th floor, a lot of stairs to walk up. I was ok with it, kids or older people might find it hard to get up there.

The deco is like what you see in the pictures. Good location, close to shops. The loft is spacious with many hanging chairs, my teens loved it. The staff Lydia was very friendly and helpful.

Staying at this hotel in Venice was an absolute pleasure! The location is simply perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with attention to every detail. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the entire stay seamless and stress-free. I am truly impressed and already know that during my next visit to Venice, I will stay here without a doubt. This place was amazing! Staying here felt like living in a palace. The staff were so kind and made sure everything was perfect for us. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had everything I needed. Even though I only stayed one night, it was such a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back for a longer visit.

The bed could be more ecomfortable but everything else was spot on!

Very nice historical building, spacious rooms overlooking canals and Venetian roofs, historical decorations, dedicated hotel staff willing to share recommendations for non-turistic restaurants and activities. Tea kettles and complementary water bottles available in the room (not that obvious in Venice). Everyday cleaning.

I prefer duvet and duvet covers (of course this is my personal preference but I find them more hygienic than sheet and wool blanket), there could be something where to hang towels and a shelfe where to put toiletries, in a room this size there could be a larger table where to place ones things. There were some mosqitoes in the room and I got bit during night. I would find it more practical to put curtains that dim the light more than normal curtains (though there are window shades outside and one can close them). The other window did not close properly, it is an antique palace so it is normal. There are many stairs to make before arriving to the room but if you have no health problems it is ok.

I liked the location, room was spacious, all seemed very clean, there is a fridge and a water boiler, the towels are soft. The room in the entrance is beautiful with fresh flowers. The staff is friendly.

The bathroom has no window for ventilation and is much too small, especially since it is for a room for 4 people.

A beautiful place, in an old building but cared for with attention and good taste, having a specific Venetian atmosphere. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, it is exactly as in the pictures.
