Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms could do with updating in décor, but the bed was comfortable and both bedroom and bathroom were clean.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, the breakfast had a variety of everything and was well presented. It has a lovely cocktail bar with entertainment some nights. The room services cleaned and changed towels every day and were so pleasant and helpful.

DenmarkThe rooms and the Hotel in general are quite worn and could for sure use a bit of paint here and there. Our bathroom had a lot of cracked tiles where ants could enter. Also the beds was soft and from my point of view ready for a replacement. But all this has to be seen in the light of the price which was fair. Our main door to the room had signs from the past that it was forced open by a screw driver and also kicked in. Reapir was done but signes after it was not moved.
Good breakfeast, friendly staff, spacious rooms and a large swimming pool in nice surroundings. Our room was made every days, room was clean and hotel bar offer a good selection of cold drinks and snacks. We arrived by car and there was good posibility for free parking

United KingdomThe shower wasn’t the cleanest but the decor is quite old so could just be usual wear and tear (e.g rust). They don’t provide you with anything other than soap and a hairdryer - no extra blankets, kettle, shampoos etc.
The breakfast was good and the staff were super pleasant and helpful - spoke range of languages so very accommodating. The beds were super soft and the air con worked (we were worried about some of the other comments on here about the AC but it worked perfectly fine). The balcony was great value for money.

IrelandNo air con for duration of stay as " the mayor of the town had asked hotel's not to turn it on due to energy shortages from war in Ukraine". It must have been the only hotel he asked as friends staying in other hotels had no issues with air con. Told it would be sorted tomorrow.....everyday.
Friendly staff, buffet breakfast was good although everything was cleared at 9.30 on the button.
