The location was perfect, close to amenities and sites. The balcony was amazing, perfect for early morning sipping coffee and thinking about the day ahead.

Our room shared a wall with the kitchen and reception desk, and was directly off the kitchen area, and we were woken up by the noise from other guests arriving and getting their breakfast. The coffee machine in particularly is really, really loud. Not a problem if you want to be up early, but sleeping late would be impossible with the noise. It wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t want much for breakfast, but the breakfast spread consists of fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice, coffee, tea. You also have to eat it in your room, which again wasn’t a problem for us as we had the terrace. There are no fridges in the rooms but you can use the fridge in the breakfast area for your own things.

The hotel is a matter of seconds from the Pantheon, and within east walking distance to the rest of the sites of Rome. It’s a great central location to be with bars, restaurants and a shop nearby. The room was a little bit smaller than expected, but functional and very clean. The beds were made and towels replaced every day, which was nice. Our room had a small terrace overlooking the street below and the side of the pantheon, which was lovely. Overall, a good place to stay for a few days.

I would’ve appreciated if they had changed the sheets on the bed once or twice. Other than that, it was perfect

Location couldn’t be better. Difficult getting bags up to room but to be expected in one of the oldest cities.

Very few facilities. Few soaps. No tooth brushes! The air conditioner took hours and still remained only marginally effective, when Rome was VERY hot 🥵 The view of the Pantheon was mainly blocked. But I presume the buildings nearby are the same.

Breakfast has very few choices! Mainly croissants and cereals!

Room was smaller than expected, balcony chairs & table were really dirty, hadn't been cleaned & could not be used until we washed everything ourselves. Bathroom light broken, bathroom shower broken, doorknob broken, no iron, mini bar/fridge to keep water cool, etc (however there is a shared mini fridge in the common area).

Terrific location, within walking distance to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain & even the Vatican. Very helpful & friendly staff. Clean bedroom & fresh towels & linens provided daily. Good breakfast.

The shower could do with a shelf to store your shampoo etc. A shelf would also be nice by the sink. We were disappointed not to have access to an iron for our clothes.

Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cereals, croissants, some apple's and a coffee machine. The location is excellent being only minutes from the Pantheon. It was good that you can choose to have either a sofa or two single beds in the separate room. There was a double bed ( 2 singles pushed together and a separate single in the bedroom. We had separate aircon units in the main bedroom and the other room.

There are some construction errors that can be rethinked with ease. Bring some eye covers if you can’t sleep with the 6am sunlight.

The WiFi.

The old city wall being part of the structure, which added a lovely feeling of nostalgia to our stay. Having a small living room was a bonus. Felt like you had keys to your own apartment which was bang smack in the middle of Rome.

I received pictures prior to arriving so it looked big for a family but the rooms were a lot smaller. We could not see the Pantheon from the one small window in the room.

We loved Alice. She made things easy for us. There was an elevator! The room was pretty and comfortable. Had a balcony...view not great but thats pretty normal. Breakfast was nice. Tea, coffee etc available. A lovely bottle of chilled prosecco awaited us. Thank you!

Our room was next to the breakfast room which was used at all hours and was noisy. The room was quite small.

Great location right near Pantheon. There is a lift. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Reception staff were friendly.

Cleanliness could have been improved-dusty lamps & croissant crumbs on the bed. Also unable to open wardrobe drawers fully as jamming against other piece of furniture. No fridge in room only communal one in kitchen area. Pillows a bit lumpy. Looking a bit "tired"
