In the reception Flavio was so nice and gentle with us. He speaks different languages so we feel more comfortable and his attitude was so kind. He resolved fast our questions.

The coffee at breakfast could be better, otherwise everything was good.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel in a peaceful location. We deliberately chose the hotel as it has easy parking, without having to navigate the traffic in Turin. The city center can be reached easily by tram.

We stayed at the hotel for parking convenience, so you need to get a bus or tram to the centre which is not an issue. Day tickets from a kiosk five minutes walk away. Perhaps the hotel could sell tickets?

We had a room closest to reception and on ground floor - no view out of the window, just a wall, but didn't matter as we were out a lot. Very good breakfast. Rooms are large and comfortable. Easy parking.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything was great! Hotel is set in lovely grounds off the main road so was peaceful and calm. Room was great, extremely comfortable large bed which we needed after long days at a car event. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and great staff. All round an excellent hotel which I would definitely recommend.

As the hotel is approx 30 minutes from the centre of Turin, and it was raining heavily, we asked the the man on reception how to get into Turin. He said the tram stop/terminus is a short walk away. He DIDNT tell us that you need to buy a ticket from an outlet in advance. Consequently when we boarded the tram we didnt have a ticket, We could have been fined if an ticket inspector had boarded. Fortunetately a helpful passenger told us where to buy a ticket for our return journey.. from a tobacconists. Reception should have told us this, we could have been fined. Why dont reception have a book of tickets like a tobacconists..??? Receptionist was like an army officer demanding " Passports..!" and " payment" he needs a course on social skills No Kettle

Beautiful hotel in a great location, in a quiet park a bit outside of the bustling city center of Turin, with easy access to the downtown area by bus, tram, and bicycle (which you can borrow from the hotel for free). Lots of parking available. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, solid gym, clean bathrooms, amazing wifi (I measured it at 100 Mbps up "and* down, super smooth for work video calls). Breakfast is available and for dinner there's a restaurant nearby with good pizza and pasta. Don't miss the funicular ride up to the Superga church which you can see from the hotel.

night service - it is unclear there is nobody at the reception after 1:30 am: better inform travellers on this aspect and leave an emergency number at the desk in case.

silent and quiet, beautiful grass lawns and trees and very accessible to north highway - parking huge (unless you are in the pickdays) - breakfast excellent: affettati prosciutto of high-quality - fresh seasonal fruit - fresh orange juice squeezed at the moment: excellent! - personell: kind, fast, ready to help - Stefani at the reception absilutley helpful and kind and tried to help in a difficult situation: they greeted with a preciosu gift for balancing a problem

Quite frankly my exacting needs are satisfied by their present set up and performance.

The fact that I always stay at Parco Sassi when I go to Torino requires no other explanation as to my satisfaction. In the last year I must have stayed there some 5 times. Waking up and going for a stroll in the park is a game changer.

No coffee or milk in the room… a coffee machine would have been a nice touch in an hotel of this quality.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Top quality rooms with lovely fittings and comfy beds. The whole ambience of the hotel was lovely. Felt really at home here and didn’t want to leave.

There was no coffee machine / water boiler for tea in the room.

Staff was super attentive, the room was very big and clean, more than enough space for all you need. Bed was super comfortable, breakfast delish.
