Sadly, we had a really bad experience with regards to the heating. The room was stuck at a constant 27.8°. We had to make four phone calls to reception to try and lower the temperature between 11 pm and midnight, where the temperature was not reducing at all. Their final response was all they can do is just turn off the heating and the air-conditioning can’t be turned on as I need a technician. They suggested that we sleep with the doors open but sadly the location is on a central roundabout. This is very noisy all night. This meant we had about four hours sleep not exactly what we’ve expected from a romantic anniversary trip. Thankfully, they did refund half of this stay

The hotel itself is absolutely phenomenal. One of the nicest places I’ve ever been. Really stunning.

The lighting in the room was very tricky to manage and overall it was difficult to have a good illumination for reading or doing makeup etc. The reception staff really need more training- the morning staff had no idea how to let us out of the garage - which cost an unexpected €20 for the night. Overall we felt the hotel is still going through a teething problem stage.

The hotel is very well situated near to the motorway but far enough away for it to be quiet. The hotel is part of an old barracks building with several high quality shops and apartments sharing the building. It seems to have only recently opened. The room was a loft suite and very open plan with some areas inaccessible due to low ceilings.

We stayed in a suite with an exceptional bathtub, located in the heart of the city. The room was incredibly spacious, and the quality of the dinner was excellent. Although breakfast is not served as a buffet, you can order from a wide selection of foods, ensuring a delightful experience. Highly recommended!

Staff spoke very little English, enough to get by and after all its their country. Their English was however much better then my Italian....

Love rooms, brilliant location, excellent restaurant, great breakfast, lovely setting. What more could you want... and of course a beautiful lake. Well located for VRN Airport.

Absolutely amazing experience, the hosts were marvelous! We've been upgraded to even better suites and wow...what a view , what an interior ! The space was top notch design , the jacuzzi on terrace with sun - so relaxing. The stay in suites was so great we spend there a lot of time to relax and refill our energy for evening walks in old city streets. Thank you Pavillon Suite - we will be coming back !

Staff were not well informed and lacked someone to go to with questions. Breakfast selection was lacking. Evening bar meal was limited choice.

Amazing room with excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Didn't use sauna. Jacuzzi on balcony was perfect. Lots of hanging and drawer space. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was one of the worst one I ever had. Poor choice and really not nice (flavour, ingredients and presentation). TV had no Internet and aircon control panel wasn't working (possible to change temp only when contacting reception).

Everithing was perfect.

The town is divine, the surroundings are neat, clean, smiling and friendly people. Despite the bustle of tourists in the evening, it was pleasant and relaxing. The whole city smells of good food, it's hard to choose where to eat and what to eat. The food, I can't describe how good it was. The stomach sings. Google maps had the property on the wrong side of the street and we had a small challenge finding it. But it wasn't the hotels fault.

This property is newly renovated in a historic building on the river. We had a balcony overlooking the river-very nice. I would recommend Lake Garda area and this hotel for a weekend or several days stay. The restaurant had both interior and riverside dining. Breakfast was off the menu and the waitress found fresh fruit for my husband which was not on the menu.
