Close to the main spots of the city. Pretty simple, relatively old-fashioned installations, but fair for the price and for the central location. The receptionist was really kind and helpful.

You had to pay €6 more for air conditioning. We didn't bother as we had an overhead fan. My bed was like a brick. My daughter was happy with hers. Shortage of electrical sockets.

Close to all the locations we wanted to visit. Clean and simple furnishings. Bathroom and shower were very close to the room and also very clean and well-kept. Friendly staff. They helped me set up the UEFA EURO cup game on the TV

It's not so easy to find the place first time.

Good for travellers on a budget, location is one of the best features of this place.Rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. There's no electric kettle or mini fridge in the room, but communal fridge and microwave are available.

Just very minor things. They provided some teeny-tiny soap on the bathroom sink (in the sparkling clean and comfortable bathroom) - the one accommodation often do. Well, it was lasting only for a short time, so I had to buy one normal soap in a nearby store. But maybe this is standard. I stayed 3 nights and the toilet paper ran out by the end of my stay. Luckily, I packed some toilet paper for the journey, so I had extra. Though I think if I had asked for soap and/or toilet paper at the reception counter, they would have given me.

I am very sorry for my delayed review. The staff was very very nice and helpful. Originally, I booked 2 nights, but it turned out that out of sudden I had to book one more night. I discussed with the personnel (the owner of the place?) whether I could extend my stay one night in the same room. She said of course it is fine, and I paid the original price which I paid for one night previously. I was very thankful. The staff was very helpful, they advised me on great locations in the city, how to get from A to B etc. Location is great!! It is near the bus terminal and train station. Once I had to go home just before midnight and I was concerned. But since the accommodation is near the train station, I luckily didn't have to walk much. The property had two cute cats when I stayed there. They are rambling around in the corridors like THE BOSSES. Since I like cats this was a cool and a refreshing sight for me. Even my pajama T-shirt was folded nicely by the time I returned in the afternoons/evenings. Considerate, nice touch.

Pensione Rittmeyer is located on a noisy street. I recommend taking earplugs with you ;-) Central air conditioning, for an additional fee
