That you could not use a credit card I share with family member as an emergency still available for use , so I recommend an app called (stripe) for easy verification that businesses are using now

nothing, everything was great!

The property was very clean and well equipped. we stayed in a private room for 2 and we had soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. Also, there are umbrellas for the beach in the common areas that you can take for the beach, very usefull!! also, the bus from the airport left us/picked us just in front of the hotel were you need to check in/out. Honestly, everything was great, I will recomend for sure!

Clean and looks nice but lacks the warmth of a good hostel. Reception is offsite. No one around to ask questions or give recommendations. No where comfortable to lounge which means social areas areas arent very social. But its clean and spacious. This place has lots of potential just needs more of a human touch.

Facility looks like a businnes building, from outside looks not so nice as from inside, position next to old prison, hostel sitting area between rooms was loud, when people were chatting after their night arrival and stay outside the room.

Interior is completely new, bathroom was nice, everything was very clean, also hostel sitting part between rooms is nice (unfortunately can be quite loud), walking distance to centro storico, check in-out in Hotel Catalunya is sufficient, parking lot next to the building.

We didnt like the fact that we had to walk 10 mins to the Hotel Catalunya where we had to check in and out. It was a bit of downside especially during a hot day. The other thing we missed was a fully equipped kitchen. There was no cook or sink so we could not prepare our meals.

We like the hostel it was in a good location, it was clean and the beds were really comfy. The kitchen in the common area had a fridge and microwave. There was also plenty space for hanging and there were various board games to choose from.

No spoons in the kitchen area (but knives and forks provided), only a microwave to cook with - not other cooking facilities other than a toaster and kettle. I've reported these to the hostel and they were going to look into it. Rarely any hot water for showering.

Comfortable beds that don't squeak or move, charging USB ports/plugs for each bed and own light, plenty of room to move about in the room. Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants/supermarket/bus

Expensive female doorm and hopefully they start treating the women equally to the men's guests.

It was one of the most comfortable, clean and very central place that I've stayed in Sardinia. Their staff were very professional and pleasant and although it's a bit pricy especially the female doorm but I highly recommend this place. Hope they correct the door number as it's 113D and not 113.

It was so disappointing that in 21st century, they discriminate women and female dorm was much more expensive. I hope they consider treating women dorm and mixed dorm equally.

It was one of the best hostel in Sardinia, great location, comfortable bed, very clean and very well equipped and maintained. It was one of the most extensive place that I've stayed in Italy.

Very clean and quiet hostel: the 2nd floor has “private rooms with bathrooms”, where we stayed 3 friends together. Extremely convenient PARKING in the same building with an elevator that brings you right into the hostel (need to reserve, not too expensive)

The reception on the other building is a bit inconvenient, but if there would be a telefone where guests could ring them directly it would definitely help.. The only con about the room was the bed being so small/narrow.

Outside the main entrance lots of loose tiling which was dangerous. Apart from that all was good.

Every morning loud noises and banging was heard from the floor above. It was not possible to go back to sleep, that loud and I’m a heavy sleeper.

It was close to the old town and beach. But not close enough to hear noise from the city.
