The rest of the apartment (except the room) was not very clean (kitchen, bathroom). The room was loud (on the main busy street).

Great location very close to the Tower. The host was nice. Room was neat and clean, with comfortable beds. Nice share space.

There is no front desk, but the host gave clear instructions to check in and was very quick to respond to any questions. Whatsapp is almost a necessity. There is very little heat. So the rooms can be quite cool in march. The room was clean but did have a little stale smell. The location is great. Just a few a five minute walk to the tower. It’s worth the price.

It has absolutely everything what we ( tourists ) usually look for: the central location close to all of the main visitors attractions; tidiness, complimentary coffee & tea access, historical building with an Italian atmosphere of everyday life!

There was a group of young people drinking and partying upstairs and they were very noisy, making sleep quite challenging. Unfortunately the owner couldn't do anything as it's another floor.

If you come with a car, you can't park in the street because it's a traffic zone, but there are plenty of parking slots some streets away (0.75€/hour from 8am to 2 pm)

The staff is very helpful, very friendly and absolutely welcoming. The accommodations are very well managed and the building is near pisa tower. They offer some croissant and beverages for breakfast which is generous. Thank you Chiara, and all the best in your business guys🙏

The location was perfect—waking up every morning to see such an iconic landmark right outside my window was a dream come true. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was full of mould! It didn’t help that the shower was tiny and there was loads of mould growing in the tiles and on the base. The mattress was very tough and you can feel all the springs, aswell there wasn’t any duvet just a sheet which it got quit cold at night .

The property was in a great location, it was also an easy check in process:)

It was one of the cheapest options so, I was not expecting luxury but at least somewhere decent. Biggest problem was the cleaning. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean.

Its location is good, close to main attractions. Also, the room's size is big.

Everything was awesome

Location: The location was ideal, with easy access to the leaning Towe. It made exploring the area a breeze. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay. The host was nice and flexible, the shared bathroom was really clean and there are 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms so it's totally fine. The location was also okay, a bit further from the Central train station but it's doable by walking. I would book again for sure.
