Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceLow season: but it feels dead: nobody in the evening at reception. Rooms feels a bit old. Rooms was cold, and not heater in the bathroom. Also you can hear the corridor very easily. Breakfast is coffee and stuffed croissant. Forget the Rusk bread and the industrial juice.
Price is correct. Location not too far from center but the district looks very popular. Nice people at the desk. WiFi good and fast Rooms with balcony.

The hotel is very clean, easy to find from the bus station, 15mns walking to everywhere. The staff and manager are very nice and helpful. Ask for a room on the top floor, they have a terrasse and lounge chairs.

GreeceThere was a very intense smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The shower cabin was full of black mold and shower head full of rust. Bathroom was a problem.
Very close to ortigia Island. Convenient free street parking. Basic but adequate breakfast with fresh Italian coffee and croissant.

Away from the busy and tourist-crowded Ortigia, away from the train station, but at a fair walking distance from it all including other locations of interest (Neapolis, the Santa Lucia and Lady of the Tears churches, the important commercial street Corso Gelone), this is the optimal location for me, maybe not for others. The staff were really helpful with a couple of situations I have asked them with, I am really grateful for that.
