Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyReally inadequate dining facilities- much too small a setup for a hotel of such large capacity and with a 5 star rating. We had to wait to get served at breakfast and on the last day we had to sit in the bar to have breakfast which was very uncomfortable. It is not good enough to be told by the staff that people on holiday always wait to have their breakfast later- if this is known then the hotel should have made better arrangements to allow for it! I know we were not the only guests disappointed by this. On two mornings our coffees arrived lukewarm. For a 5 star hotel the choices of options and the single buffet layout are really very below standard. Staff were very polite and obliging but it is always better not to have to wait for an apology and one member of staff blamed a younger member of the dining room staff which we felt was very unprofessional. We were given a discount for the first morning but still felt there were far too few options for a plant-based diet at breakfast. In addition there are too few lifts and the possibility of walking down from the second floor was made more difficult by poor directions on the stairs- we were lost and did not know where to exit. Unfortunately despite contacting the hotel in advance about requiring vegan food for breakfast and on New Years Eve, we did not have any vegan options on the first day of breakfast and we did not have a booking for the New Years Eve dinner. The hotel discounted our first breakfast but we had to go elsewhere for our dinners. Communication needs improving- we were offered a last minute space for New Years Eve dinner just a couple of hours before the event. The spa facilities were excellent but we were alarmed to see that children were permitted to use the pool with no specific supervision. It is not a swimming pool but a spa pool and so should be treated as such. In other hotels of this standard our own children were not permitted to use such pools under the age of 15.
Good location, good spa facilities. Excellent cleaning staff and porters.

United Arab Emiratesno air conditioning, when we check the facilities it was mentioned that there is air conditioning. we asked the receptionist at night, she said it will be on from 10 to 9 and it was off. we called again she said in the morning again and again it was off and the problem the weather was hot and my brother had an allergy from mosquitoes and when we open the window the room was full of mosquitoes.

United StatesI paid around 290 euro for one night and nothing was included in the price. All of the beverages/snacks cost, the spa, parking, pretty much any and everything besides the room costs and for that price I feel like some things could’ve been included. I’ve been to cheaper hotels that have provided more. I think it’s priced a little too high for what it is. If breakfast was included, or even the spa that would’ve been nice. There was nothing included but, the room itself was nice, the view was decent, and the staff was friendly.
The room was really nice and so was the swimming area. the front counter greeted us with warm welcoming.

Maltahousekeeping didn’t always replenish the bathroom supplies, there were no glasses in the room, sausages at breakfast were awful and some of the younger, less experienced staff at breakfast lacked attention, Covid restrictions m, especially during breakfast were not enforced. some guests went to the buffet without a mask

What a stunning and authentic hotel in the heart of Turin. amazing service, beautiful Italian style rooms in my favourite Italian city. The bar was excellent, all staff went above and beyond to accomodate us. This hotel is the perfect compliment to anyone staying in Turin.

AustraliaThe air conditioning could not compete with the morning to midday sun (heat) in August so we had to keep the curtains closed to avoid returning to a very warm room later in the day. A selection of newspapers in the morning would not out of place in a hotel of this standard
Well located for walking access to the old town, comfortable well furnished room. Parking was extremely easy, breakfast was good.
