If your room is on street side it might get louder, but windows actually do help. There would be AC if needed

Walking distance to old town; expansive breakfast selection with great service; spa was great (had one of my better massages there) and various gaming options; certainly good for families We had dinner there and it was very good. Nice bar too. Spacious rooms and suites

Only minor gripe was shower pan is flat (no slope) and the drain grate might be too small which forced water to pool in the pan while showering.

Four of us stayed a week in a 2-bedroom suite with kitchen, dining/living room, and balcony. The room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly, and breakfast buffet extensive and tasty. We would definitely stay here again. Great location.

there is only one old elevator which broke down during our stay, for one day we had to go up and down 5 floors from garage to our room but, it was a good opportunity to exercise after eating so much in Italy :-) really small thing, everything was great!

Room was big, clean, good amenities, very comfortable bed and also had good views to the lake. Hotel SPA facilities, quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

We had some traffic noise from the main road even with the windows closed and the waiting staff could have been friendlier, albeit they were perfectly responsive when asked for something.

The spa and swimming pool were luxurious and a real treat after a full day of sightseeing, also our junior suite was very spacious, decoration felt fresh and the bed was enormous. Good black out curtains and a comfy bed made for nice lie-ins.

The ramp at pool blocked access to pool shower so was an after thought.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I use a wheelchair and although the hotel is not fully accessible, the staff tried their very best to help. The pool area is beautiful and all the gardens were well looked after. We always felt well looked after. The rooms were well equipped with huge beds and terraces.

We’d read reviews that mention the rock bar outside. We don’t usually go to bed early, were prepared for some noise and like rock music, but it was very loud. The soundproofing on the rooms definitely needs improving. We only stayed 3 nights and it was perfect but if we were booking with a family or for longer, I’d perhaps look at a different hotel.

We chose this hotel for the spa as we wanted our little one to enjoy the pool for a couple of days. On arrival however, we were told that the spa was adult only during the afternoon, so the kid was not allowed after 2PM. I would have appreciated knowing that at the time of booking, as I took the time to call the property and ask about the spa facilities, informing them I had a one year old baby.
