on the first day when we arrived at the accommodation, the owner did not answer for 40 minutes and we had to wait in front, after that he apologized and as forgiveness offered us the products from the bar for free throughout our stay. Isolation of the room is very bad, any sounds could be heard.

The proprerty is located between train station and da michelle pizza that is very popular. Very clean, the housekeeper changes the toweles everyday.

Minor things - generally I would recommend. The bath has some mould (not very serious, it is clean nevertheless) and the hairdryer is not very convenient since it switches off in overheating, but it overheats in 20 seconds.

Paola is very helpful! The room is comfortable and clean. Very important that it was cleaned every day and sheets and towels were changed daily, I loved that.

Bathroom needs a good cleaning from mold. Hairdryer was barely working and needed cooling down every 2 minutes.

The location is very good, within walking distance from all hotspots. The property is located on a third floor of the apartment building. you have to enter through the courtyard.

the street where the accommodation is located is not very friendly and had a negative effect on me, until the bell at the gate indicated where the accommodation was located, I did not see any sign on the building anywhere

The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, it was cleaned daily and the host Paola is a very nice person.Coffee and tea making facilities were available in the accommodation, as well as water and juice in the fridge. The furnishings were new and the room is furnished in a modern style

The location is in a somewhat rougher/dirtier part of Naples and is quite confronting if you’re not used to it, however the apartments are completely secure and we felt very safe.

The apartments are ensuites that are very clean and very comfortable. They are both quite small but comfortably fit 2 people and belongings.

The host does not speak English so it was really hard to communicate. She did share some recommendations for restaurants. She didn't let us leave our lagguage for couple of hours after our check out time (we had to drag our baggage to the restaurant).

The location is good, near to the metro station and the most famous pizza place- don Michele. The room was very clean and well furnished.

The soundproofing of the tiny rooms was very poor. The windows are proofed, but the walls between rooms are very thin and we could hear every word of our neighbours. If you are a light sleeper like me, make sure to take good earplugs. Also the pillows were rather uncomfortable and could be more soft. If those could be improved this place would be 10/10.

Perfect location close to the centre, port and other landmarks with the most helpful owner and very clean rooms with nice beds. Everyday cleaning and a free of charge minibar and coffee machine available for guests to use.

A Drain in the bathroom might be a little bit smelly, but I can imagine that is a common thing in these types of buildings.

Nice, cozy, clean place, great location (5-10 min walk to the train station or airport bus stop). Building istn't the best looking, but that shouldn't disturb you. 5 min to Da Michele pizzeria, lots of cafes nearby. Be prepared to speak italian or use translator.

This place in wonderful with great hosts Paola and Fabio. They kindly showed us the way to a nice local restaurant. Location is perfect, only a few minutes from railway station but still quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Mille grazie 😊

We spend here a few beautiful days. Paola and Fabio were amazing hosts, very kind and helpfull. We had specific situation, we had to go to the hospital, and Paola and Fabio, offered as transport and they communicate and translate for as, all the time, from italian, in the communication with doctors. They are life savers and truly the best hosts we have ever meet. The room was also perfectly clean, and equiped with everything you can possible need, there is also a fridge outside, and coffee maker. The location is great, because it's 2 minutes from Garibaldi station, from which you can easly go anywhere.

Nice room next to the old town of Napoli. Very quiet and also the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Great plus are the free coffee and drinks. The famous pizzeria Da Michele is just around the corner.

The location was very close to central station which was ideal for us, also a 2 minute walk to one of the most famous pizzerias in Napoli! The room was fairly small but very clean. Paula was a great host and was very communicative. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The room was cleaned daily, but we felt the pillows didn't have a breathable/comfortable cover, and the bed was only okay. Also, the WiFi didn't work for the first day or two, but again the host went out of her way to get it fixed before the end of our stay, which we appreciate.

The room was affordable and only 7-10 min. walk to the main central station, which was convenient access to getting to the airport and around i.e. Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The air conditioning worked nicely, there was an elevator for us to use, and the host was super helpful in getting the WiFi up and running even though it didn't work the first 2 nights of our stay.

There was "mini bar" offering snack and drinks for a reasonable price, however it felt kind of odd since every other stay we had in Naples offered coffee, water and some snack goodies free of charge. The 2 rooms available at the property are part of the owners apartment and there is camera in the hallway that connects the apartment with booking rooms and the building staircase, however we did not see any stickers to indicate that the area is under surveillance as it should be in all EU Countries. The property is located near central train / bus station in the city of Naples, sadly the center of the city is the worst part to be spending you time and staying late at night. Overall we expected more for the price we payed per night.

We booked 2 rooms and they were clean, however small with thin plaster walls and you could hear the plumping installations of the building. It is good that each of the rooms had it's own bathroom.
