Nothing really, a sign on the door could be helpful and my wife didn't like the tiny old fashion lift with manual doors but thats nit picking and nothing to criticise.

Don't judge a book by it's cover because if you are looking for a big hotel sign you maybe looking for some time, just go to the address and press the buzzer to gain access. Once upstairs but using the tiny lift we were made very welcome and shown to our room which had a balcony overlooking the busy street. Once the windows are closed it is very quite, the room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable with a kettle for drinks. The location is perfect if you are arriving/leaving by train or need access to Rome's small but efficient metro. There's plenty of small cafes & restaurants nearby plus a small supermarket across the road. We had an enjoyable stay and would use this hotel/apartment again when visiting Rome.

They just need to mention clearly that it is a guest house not hotel as some people like me don't like the idea of guest houses

We didn't spend much time in the room but I could see the small size not being ideal for some.

Location can't be beat if you are using train/buses/metro to get around Rome. We only used it before and after a train trip to Florence so it met our needs just fine. Both the room itself and the bathroom are on the small side but everything was clean and as advertised. They were very accommodating with our check-in and everything was communicated clearly. Elevator access to the units was great with big suitcases.

The warm water was poor. The shower water became so Cold and freezing during usages.

Hotel was located on upper floors of renovated building with little outside marking except small brass name plaque. The area around Termini Station is quite seedy. The only time we saw any staff was when we checked in. We were given keys to front door at street level, floor level and then to our room.

There is genuinely nothing to dislike, but you should note that on occasion users of the lift do not close the doors, as requested on the signage in the lift, which means you may need to use the stairs. This is absolutely no fault of 'Sweet Holidays In Rome'. I simply walked down (as we were on the 5th floor) closed the doors and the lift went on its way.

The young man at reception, who had also answered our earlier call, was helpful, polite and cheery. The location is genuinely 250m from Roma Termini which makes it easy to get to for any overnight stay. The location has a multitude of good and relatively reasonable value for money. There are a few parks within walking distance if you want a breath fresh air. The room and the amenities are impeccably clean and, although not spacious, are comfortable and large enough to not make you feel claustrophobic. The photos supplied by the hosts are honest and the reality matches them, and this is why I'm not bothering with any of my own.

It’s hard to get up to on the 5th floor with a tiny lift! The internet was poor and it was hard to pay…due to poor reception!!

The room was small but clean with a comfortable mattress and renovated bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. The location was convenient to the station and buses. In spite of this location, the room was quiet. It was perfect for a short stay.

Not spacious, but enough. The AC not woring at first, we tried opening multiple times so that it worked.
