We though that the dinners in the hotel could have been better... the only option you have in the hotel restaurant is order set menu (with starter, main, desert...). I personally do not like set menus with lost of positions, as this is normally a lot of food for me and I usually prefer getting a single meal of a proper size which was not an option. But this did not affect my impression of the hotel, as this is more of a personal preference and I do not expect the hotel to have a great restaurant.

We really enjoyed the facilities of the hotel! The Spa area has lots of space, outside warm swimming pool, hot tub, few saunas - everything is really stylish, clean and relaxing. The room itself had a great wooden furniture, very spacious, stylish. Breakfast is amazing with large variety of local products.

I wish the play room had a bit more for kids 7-10 but there was a play room and that in itself was great. Some of the reception staff felt less warm - maybe an option for training while the buffet was good, it ended up feeling a tiny tad repetitive - but then we stayed a whole week

Maria and Giuseppe from the Restaurant staff were great and super loving to our kids. Food was very nice. Breakfast buffet was good food We loved the wellness area and it was a great idea to have a family area and an adults only area. Less stress as parents, too. I LOVED that there was a rowing machine. To me that is a reason to come back there over other properties. The guided hikes were wonderful, thank you Walter and J (?) Loved the Jause and the theme evenings

Very modern, sophisticated, super clean, fantastic breakfast with fresh eggs, option, stylish decor with dolomites theme. It’s very close to the Cron4 wellness center and Brunico.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rudolf. We received a free upgrade to one of the suites by a very kind employee. The wellness center was very calm and relaxing, with a lot of different saunas and both an inside and outside pool. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Absolutely stunning location with a beautiful view. Very clean and super friendly staff who accommodated my special requests without question. They were super accommodating at the restaurant as I eat halal or vegetarian food only and they also helped in so many other ways when we needed help such as where to eat out, what to do etc. the wellness centre was amazing and relaxing.
