very tastefully decorated room, super clean and a cute little courtyard where we really enjoyed the breakfast served to us by lovely bonaria :) great location too since everything you need is in walking distance but at the same time the street is quiet & peaceful. thank you alex & silvia! will definitely come back to lotzerai :)

we liked everything.

The place was very nice with unique flavor of old italian style house, but decorated in modern fashion. We loved our hosts, who were very attentive and proactive in communication. We got all needed advises and proactive recommendations secured positive experience of staying at Lotzorai.

Propery was clean, amazing peaceful location, and a beautiful garden. Alex and Silvia were absolutely the best and most friendly/helpful hosts I have ever had and the breakfast they prepared was amazing. Each day something different, also they drove us to another town to bring our bike back and booked us a boat trip. Huge recommendation for anyone looking to visit Sardinia!

This lovely experience does not fit into the scale. It was rather a 11/10! We enjoyed every minute of it. The highlight of the day was the lovely prepared breakfast by Silvia and Alex.

Everything was perfect! Silvia & Alex are the best hosts ever. Very kind and generous. They gave us a lot of tips where to eat and go on a trip. The breakfast -which is very important- was such and experience. Delicious coffee and table full of homemade food and traditional specialities. Location is great, it is about 5 minutes driving to beautiful beaches and near to mountains. We loved this place, it was so heartwarming :)

Best hosts ever. Silvia and Alex are very lovable and helpful. They suggested us a couple of great places to visit and a couple of restaurants for dinner. But breakfasts they prepared were simply the best. Coffee, juice, every day some toasts and eggs in different form, local cheese, local confectionery and homemade delicacies - just the best :). The room was small but very cosy, always super clean. Air conditioning was available but not necessary during our stay. We are definitely coming back one time.

Silvia and Alex were just wonderful! Their breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and they were so helpful in recommending local attractions and dining spots. Plus, they even arranged a reservation for us at a fantastic restaurant where we had some incredible suckling pig.

Silvia and Alex have put their hearts into creating a beautiful bed and breakfast experience in a traditional farm house with modern amenities. The village is quiet and close to many sites and only a short drive to great restaurants and shopping. The best part of the stay was enjoying their company during breakfast!

Very nice B&B in a traditional house recently and nicely refurbished. The room was very comfortable, and considering the cold season the heating system worked perfectly. Recommended!

A very nice place in the Lotzorai. The house is very beautiful and so is the room. The breakfast was awesome! Silvia was very friendly. For parking I would suggest to park inside the courtyard for 5 euros per night because I haven't seen nearby parkplaces. All in all we had a great time.

We had a room with the window to the patio, so we could not dress there in the morning with the windows open.

Excellent, home made breakfast, and totally different on both days. Alex and Sylvia were both excellent and welcoming hosts. The room was big and very stylish and so was the bathroom. The common outside sitting area in the patio was super nice with different little areas where we played cards and had our aperitivo.
