Room is very small, even by Italian standards. Beds are very firm, which may be uncomfortable to some persons, and linens are quite dated and worn. An additional pillow would have been appreciated, as would a mini-refrigerator to store drinks. The purchase process of the vending machines is not immediately obvious, and Wi-Fi may be free, but it DOES NOT work unless you are at the front desk.

Convenient location for traveling into La Storta. Le Rughe hosts a few shopping centers, with grocery stores, coffee bars, and cafeterias with over priced food. There's also a pharmacy and newsstand in the largest of the three shopping areas. The room is small, but very clean. Mattresses are a bit on the firm side, and could do with additional pillows. Love that's one of the few places in Italy where you aren't lugging your luggage for blocks! Car parking is immediately outside your room door. Not packed with guests, so it felt safe. Front desk placed us near the office for added safety. Truly, the best part of our stay was the staff. Front desk was always attentive, and housekeeping always made up our room even when it was unnecessary to do so. All were kind and welcoming!

As a solo female traveler I felt a bit nervous seeing some many men outside the rooms. I could only calm down my reminding myself they have a lot of security cameras in the office. Everything turned out fine.

The price and the location were perfect in my emergency lodging situation. They accommodated my very late arrival.

Deceiving. We found it the hard way that YOU HAVE TO PAY €12.00 PER PERSON TO ACCESS THE POOL. Your site doesn't indicate that on the main page of of the hotel. You have to scroll far down to be informed that the pool access is not free. Very disappointed.

everything else. There was no water pressure in my room, and the solution provided was " I know sometimes happen, let me try something and then try again" I did stay 3 day with no water pressure at all. The wifi router is only in the reception and if you have a room, like us, hundreds of meters past the reception you don't have connection at all, solution provided to send hundreds of giga in the middle of the night (that is my work) is " get dressed and come here in the reception and wait here to send the files. not even in the remote villages of Africa you would experience something like this. Also they feature a swimming pool in the pictures, there is no swimming pool at all. the only swimming pool is extern of the hotel and on payment.

Wifi was non existent. False advertisement on pool and gym which on paper seemed like it was included in accommodation price, but it was 50€ for one day which is ridiculous. Water had a terrible smell because of chlorine, felt the same as drinking water from a pool. Door keys were barely working as the doors were jammed. Buttons in the bathroom were in a bad shape, water pressure was also bad.
