Breakfast was limited compared to others we had in Calabria. The room had a low celieng on one side.

Location was good. Parking available on the street. Elevator to get you and your luggage to your room. Nice balcony with a sea view.

breakfast was limited, you cannot take as much as you like as the host kept bragging and grumbling that everything is organic and that is all she had for the whole hotel guests.

We should have stayed longer - but at times re-planning is just not possible anymore...

Very friendly staff, supportive with booking problems (my fault) even in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, we received all the necessary information about the interesting places in Scilla and how to get there. Just ask them where to get the best pesce spada panini in town... ♥♥ The location is in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance of all places you should visit. They also offer transportation (or will organize it for you), but that should not even be necessary. (Note that the hotels close to the beach are also close to the train station and the SS18 - all neatly packed between the beach and the steep ascent to the upper level of Scilla) Nice, clean and functional room and we certainly enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. ♥

don’t stay on main level, once they start breakfast you cannot sleep from noise from kitchen breakfast room and front desk. if you are there off season the elevator to go to beach closes early and you have to walk up a ton of steps.

It is a little far from the beach and restaurants, but you can use lift in the center of the city.

There was only one accommodation where the receptionist spoke good English. They give us the better room because they have free better room. The location is perfect but it is not on the top of the hill and there are about 300 stairs to the historical part of the city and to the beach. It was only one accommodation if they have on the breakfast more then croassaint and coffee.

Plus side: GPS refused to take me there, so they sent out a car to lead me. You get to the lift thru a dark garage, then I wasn't taken to my room but told that I should walk down two floors to reception to check in because the lift doesn't stop on that floor. Then the key to my room didn't work (new locks, the excuse) so I was moved to a different room. No heat or AC, freezing in the morning, broken toilet seat, half the bulbs in the chandelier burned out. Why Booking.com keeps them listed is beyond me. I would have complained about some of this, but the only person who spoke some English disappeared after check-in.

Hotel would benefit greatly with exterior updating and cleaning.

We needed a hotel near Ferry to Sicily for 1 night. It had garage space 10€ a night which was the sole reason we chose this hotel.Price off season is correct, room is clean and spacious, Bed is comfortable. We appreciated option of eggs for breakfast. We recommend.

Heating via air condition split system was bad. Loud and cold ( it was February).

The garage has a low ceiling and our SUV couldn't enter because of the height. The person who was taking care of breakfast was unprofessional and she only spoke Italian.

The property was absolutely lovely, very clean and we had a beautiful view of Scilla! The owners of the hotel were very hospitable and treated us as though we were part of their family! Their generosity and kindness was second to none and highly recommend anyone who wish to visit this beautiful seaside town a stay in this hotel! The location was perfect and will definitely return!

The other host lady, didn’t gave us tomatoes for breakfast, she said in Italy you don’t eat tomatoes in the morning, but in other places we got tomatoes for breakfast.

All went well for this one night stay at this lovely decorated dainty hotel. Nicoletta, the receptionist was extremely kind & helpful. The staff were also nice. Breakfast was varied & can be inside, on the balcony, or even a terrace. Our parking was on the street & seemed to be quite safe. Scilla is small so this hotel was ideal to reach everywhere on foot, even to the surprisingly nice beach. where we had a drink while waiting for sunset.

This family run hotel is a gem! We can't wait to return. The staff (Katrina) and Nicoletta (one of the owners) were beyond helpful and gracious. The room was clean, spacious, quiet. The breakfast was quite good, excellent service. There is an elevator which is helpful with the luggage and we were lucky to find a parking space just past the hotel. This is a family run location, many generations in of excellent service.

Rooms was outdated and not very clean. Patio furniture was rusty and uncomfortable. Patio lacked basics like umbrella to enjoy the outdoor space during the day.
